Imagine a holiday where you sip your morning coffee while you watch the boats come and go. Take a leisurely walk to enjoy Victoria's fine restaurants, pubs, antique shops, quaint book stores and leave your car in its designated secure indoor parking stall because everything is within walking distance and you can now have that glass of wine.

Enjoy your evening barbeque while watching the sunset from your private roof top patio. Want dessert or a change of scenery... take a water taxi (located outside the buildings front door) and explore the other side of the harbour, which includes Fisherman's Wharf and many other treasures.

The security in this building is second to none so you can enjoy total peace of mind. Upon arrival and departure you will be personally greeted by our property manager at the condo, allowing more time for your many vacation activities, located just outside your doorstep.

"The condo was beautifully designed, warm, inviting, clean and spacious. We thought the platform bed was very clever, in addition to providing storage space. My mom quickly made good use of all the drawers and baskets.

We all commented and enjoyed the easy floor plan layout (easy to maneuver within the space, which is a challenge with three women & luggage). Your attention to detail in the decorating and all the amenities (anyone would need), was spot on, right down to a roof top set of dishes for enjoying the view.

Loved all your notations on restaurants, shopping and sites to see. We all enjoyed the music selection...used the Internet access for our Kindles and easily connected....the bed was very comfortable...and how could we not, love and enjoy the water view!

...shared the couch bed and we were glad that you had upgraded the mattress. I believe one person or a child whould sleep more comfortably on the couch bed, rather than two adults.

Lastly, we all felt very safe and secure in the building and in the parking garage. We were impressed with the efficiency of the boat & bike rakes in the parking garage and support Victoria BC's commitment to recycling and environmental awareness and conservation

A lovely "home away from home" in a great location

This condo is well designed; it feels spacious and luxurious. Floor to ceiling windows provide lots of natural light and a good spot to watch the activity in the working harbour. It is equipped with whatever you might need, as well as a parking spot in a secure garage. It is close to several walking trails, and has easy access to main roads for driving. Owners were in touch to ensure my needs were met. It felt like a home away from home!

Modern With Great Location

We had a wonderful time in Victoria, and we loved your condo. What an awesome view you have from the living room and rooftop terrace. The location was also very good for walking to everything and then taking the water taxi back if we were too lazy to walk back. 😊

Francis was very helpful and mindful of all details. He was right on top of things to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Home Away from Home!

We are so happy to have found this "jewel"! Everything was perfect & we couldn't have asked for anything more. We fully utilized the Rooftop Patio-such an oasis! The Condo was fully equipped. We met so many friendly residents & they offered helpful suggestions so that we could enjoy Victoria,even more.

Great downtown location

No complaints. This was our first time doing a VRBO, and it was very painless. The hosts were very good about communicating check-in details. The condo is really nice and clean, and the location is great for anyone looking to stay downtown. If the windows are open, there is a fair bit of noise in the evening coming from the Canoe Club across the street. It didn't bother us, but may be a consideration for future guests if they are sensitive to noise.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your comments, we realize that there is some noise from Canoe restaurant patrons on the weekend. If you are looking for total peace and quiet then this is probably not the property for you.
