Originally built as the developer’s model, this home has spared no expense in upgraded finishes and furnishings. Finishes are warm tones of tile, hardwood, granite, knotty alder cabinets, ceiling beams and wrought iron fixtures. Exterior finishes include a copper finished two (2) car garage door, real stone pillars, bronze front door and wood framed floor-to-ceiling windows. The floor-plan unfolds to 1900 SF of one (1) level living that offers spacious rooms throughout that include two (2) bedrooms, two (2) bath, office and great room that opens to the living area, kitchen and dining. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, commanding view and walkout to the back patio. The home is perched above the 15th Fairway Green of the Wolf Creek Golf Course, which in return directs the view straight down the Fairway to the peaks of Snowbasin. It also has an expansive view of the Nordic Valley ski area that is lit in the evening for night skiing.
The Fairways community offers three (3) stylish one (1) level floor-plans with modern touches of floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the outdoors inside. The Fairways is a PRUD, which manages the grounds and onsite amenities. This popular neighborhood wraps around the Wolf Creek Championship Golf Course Fairways. All lots back to open space, whether the views are of the golf course, Snowbasin peaks, Nordic Valley night skiing, a stream that snakes through the development or a scrub oak thicket.

CLOSEST SKI AREA: POWDER MOUNTAIN - 5 MILES:
Powder Mountain does live up to its name. It’s one of the most remote ski areas on the Wasatch Range. It can be a journey to get there but a skiing Mecca once arrived. It truly has it’s own Vibe. Owned by a group of entrepreneurs from Silicon Valley with investors that span the Globe, it’s fresh, iconic and old school. Summit Series is working on an expansive masterplan at the top of the mountain beyond Hidden Lake. Some areas of the masterplan will be open to the public and some areas private for their investors. Today it’s as it was 50-years ago with the addition of a high-speed lift chair at Hidden Lake and another high speed lift chair under construction this year.
Powder Mountain has a variety of skiing opportunity from cat skiing to night skiing with the convenience of on-mountain ski and snowboarding rentals. Restaurants at the Base Lodge include the popular Powder Keg that offers live music most nights, draft beer and bar food such as chicken wings, burgers and kale salads. Upstairs at the Base Lodge is a cafeteria that is perfect for families serving Lucky Slice pizza, breakfast burritos, burgers and other comfort food. At the top at Hidden Lake the menu is more Mexican Cantina style with street tacos and taco salads.
