A very large, remodeled, modern, garden level apartment, in the heart of Lower Highlands, Downtown Denver. This bright and airy apartment is located in the garden level of a historic 1895 Victorian home. It is a 1 bed, 1 bath completely separate from the main house with its own front and back door. It's perfect for 1 or 2 couples, two singles, business traveler or 2 - 4 guests. The bath has a tub/shower combo and a large vanity, perfect for spreading out your toiletries. The bedroom has a new king sized bed upgraded with soft cotton sheets, firm and feather king sized pillows. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, reading chair, Flat Screen Smart TV, free WIFI & premium cable TV, desk space, and seating for 4.
There is a completely remodeled kitchen with a 4 burner stove/oven, fridge/freezer with ice maker and full sized dishwasher. Plenty of counter space for cooking in and a dining table that will seat 4. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware and all the kitchen gadgets you would need. A full sized laundry is located in the apartment with a top load washer and dryer. The unit also has A/C which can be rare in Denver. The apartment also has a walk out door to the shared back yard with a gas grill and outdoor seating area.
The best location in Denver! We are walking distance to not one but TWO of the hottest restaurant areas on 32nd street: Highlands Square and Lohi. (google it) Minutes to all the attractions, downtown, Coors Field, Mile High Stadium, museums, breweries, LoDo, the capital, Union Station, 16th Street Mall, Denver skate park, Sloans lake, you can literally cross over the bridge or jump on the freeway and you're there.

We are currently working on projects related to Federal Grants management and Youth Sports development. Our work allow us the flexibility to travel around the world. We have resided in Colorado previously and travel to Denver frequently to visit our friends, children and grandchildren. It soon became clear that moving to Denver would provide the opportunity to be closer to family and friends. One of our previous businesses was to stage luxury residences for sale. We understand the importance and value of design excellence and comfort.

We fell in love with the this charming home built in the late 1800. It is remarkably well built and preserves its architectural Victorian Style. It accommodates comfortably visits from our children and their children as well as friends and their families. The back yard is ample for outdoor activities to enjoy barbecues, games and gardening. We love the charm of the Lower Highland neighborhoods with the blend of historical and modern residential architectural styles.

This Victorian home is centrally located near downtown Denver with convenient freeway accessibility, close proximity to restaurants, recreational and sporting venues. This safe and kid-friendly neighborhood provides opportunities for biking and/or walking to parks. Our daughter and son-in-law live across the street, and can instantly trouble shoot or answer any questions if we are out of town.

I highly recommend this rental. It was very spacious, with plenty of storage for everything we brought for our 10 day stay. The decor was lovely and very modern. All appliances, cookware, etc.... this home was clean and well maintained. After a night of snow the sidewalks were shoveled first thing in the morning. We had a wonderful stay!!

This was our first stay in a VRBO property and first experience with vacationing and not staying in a hotel. We were very pleased with the property. There was plenty of room for the two of us. It was spotless and included every amenity we could have needed. Very comfortable. Also, walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we get back in the area.
