This home rents for $12,000 a week and sleeps up to 17 including a queen and twin pullout!! This property is actually my primary residence of 24 years that I now live in for 10 months of the year but rent out for July and August. It is literally 25 yards away - diagonally across the street from 964858. We call this one the "annex".

The property you are considering for your vacation is actually where I have stayed while I've been renting my house out for the last six summers! Many of the improvements I've made are based on my experience living there.
This year we decided to rent another property for the summer only 15 minutes away that has a dock for our boat and rent this one. Hopefully you can add to my five star reviews!!
I also own and operate the two adjacent beach parking lots to this property so I have my own children or close family friends' children working close by on weekends, who can assist if necessary!
