Location is great. Easy access to beach. The house needs some attention

The white couch is the absolute, most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. We were unable to enjoy a family movie night on the couch. The house could have been cleaner. Trash in closets and under beds. 2 of the beds had broken slats under them and made for restless nights. This could be a great place if things were fixed up and were more comfortable.
