A well equiped condo w/ king and pullout sofa bed in the main part of Keystone
This 1bed/1bath with sleeper sofa is ground level in Red Hawk Lodge in River Run, Keystone. Ground level makes it easy to walk/ski/bike right out of the condo's back door to the gondola 2 minutes away. No elevators or stairs to slow you down when you want to get to the lift. My unit also has very easy access to the pool, hot tubs, workout and steam room, just down the hall. Kitchen is well equipped with quality equipment, stainless steel pots and pans, iron dutch oven, blender, pyrex pans, ect. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a queen in the sofa pullout(memory foam mattress). Underground, heated parking. 55" 4K television (1 in living room and 1 in bedroom) with Roku, Netflix, HBO Go, Amazon, Pandora, etc. There is reliable/fast wifi which is free.
Arapahoe Basin is 10 minutes away and Breckenridge is about 20 minutes away and, of course, Keystone's main lift is a 2 min walk away. Please inquire about a discount on bookings of a week or more.

I've lived in Boulder Colorado for over 20 years. I've spent a good amount of time over the years skiing/snowboarding at Keystone, A-Basin, Copper, Vail and Beaver Creek. I have 2 children and I am excited to teach them the sport over the next few years.
Why Rohin chose Keystone
Keystone is a very enchanting ski mountain that provides much more than most ski resorts. It has lots of varied terrain that is good for beginners to experts. Night skiing, a big terrain park, 2 gondolas, great tree skiing, weekly fireworks displays and 2 locations for ice skating. River Run village, where my condo is located is the main part of the Resort and has great shopping, restaurants and coffee shops. Keystone is a very good ski mountain and it is very close to many others :10 min to Arapahoe Basin, 30 min to Breckenridge and Copper, about 45 min away from Vail, 1hr from Beaver Creek. It is 15 min away from the towns of Silverthorne, Dillon and Frisco which all offer great dinning and shopping options along with a Whole Foods in Frisco.
What makes this Condo unique
What sets my condo apart from many others in Keystone is a few things. First being it is so close to the Gondola, only a 2 min walk. Also, my unit is ground level and has a back door which allows guests to avoid having to take elevators, stairs, etc to get to and from the lift. Much more convenient. Since my wife and I love to cook, we have set the kitchen up with quality equipment. Stainless steel pots and pans, cast iron dutch oven, crock-pot for stews, turkey/chicken roaster, quality blender for smoothies, large fridge, glass top range and double oven. Spices for cooking and coffee is provided along with several ways to make it (pour over ceramic, stainless steel french press and conventional coffee maker).

Perfect Stay for Ski Trip
The owner, Rohin, was always prompt in answering any questions we had before arriving. The unit was very clean, located just minutes from the gondola, and was well stocked with all amenities.
The huge bed was extremely comfortable, and our son enjoyed the pull-out sofa. A nice bonus was the gas fireplace. We were extremely happy with our stay there.
Nice location but issues with the owner
The location is convenient but when we arrived we had zero hot water. It wasn’t till the next afternoon we finally were able to take a hot shower. I spoke to the owner about it and he shared that he’s had the same experience at his condo during “high usage” but it wasn’t really a concern to him. After that I contacted him again because we had to wash all the pots and pans before we could use them. They were put away in the cabinets but with food particles dried on them. After sharing that with him he offered to refund us the cleaning fee, which was minimal. Now after offering that he has refused to reimburse it. My nephew contacted him about the reimbursement because of the principal in this matter and now the owner has filed a compliant against us for “harassment” because HE didn’t honor his word. I’ve been coming to Keystone for over 15 years and this was the first time I have ever had an issue with a condo there. We always stay in the village or at The Springs. This year we decided to try Redhawk and the condo was disappointing. The pullout couch was too uncomfortable to sleep on. My nephew and his wife ended up putting the mattress on the floor. The pillows they supply were horrendous. We had to use the throw pillows because they had more substance to them. It’s a shame the trip ended this way. I had no intention of writing a review until the last contact from the owner and stated he filed a complaint on me and advised me that if we do anything, to do it legally. He also made the statement - “think twice about you violating my property rights”. I don’t appreciate the threat from him. My last email to him was about being a man of his word, pretty simple.
Convenient and Clean
Great stay with all expected amenities. Location was 3 minutes walk to Keystone Gondola
Rohin's condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, very close to the gondola, and well appointed
We rented Rohin's condo to enjoy some early season skiing. It was very nice being so close to the pool and the gym as we didn't have to walk far in wet bathing suits. Having it's own entrance was also a big plus. The condo is very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Rohin was easy to communicate with and the whole experience went very smooth. Thanks, Rohin!
