Nestled in a quite neighborhood 1 mile from our famous downtown square. This 1957 built home has been updated throughout with a freshly painted interior and new bathroom and kitchen fixtures. It has 1 bath, kitchen/ dining, parlor, TV room, washer and dryer, screened in patio with a dog door to the house. Basic TV an WIFi are also available.
The yard is fenced and only responsible owners with well behaved dogs that do not consistently bark or chew, are welcome. Pet owners should not leave their pets alone for long periods of time and are required to pick up after them.
In addition, this home has a wood burning stove and wall heater as the primary heat source. Thus, this house is not suitable for families with children under the age of 12 . There is off street parking, but be advised that the driveway is gravel and may not be suitable for people who are not sure footed.
The house is equipped with a full kitchen and all the supplies needed for cooking great meals. A gas stove, fridge and table seating for four. The TV room has recliners and basic TV and Internet. The wood stove is easy to operate and really puts a warm cozy feeling on these chilly Prescott nights. Both bedrooms offer queen size beds with nice linens. The bathroom has a new marble vanity, camode, and tub/shower with new glass sliding doors and high end hotel towels.
Outside is a screened in porch that provides a nice shady place to sit anytime of day. The yard offers lots of room to romp and play with your pets. There is a large barbeque grill and plenty of wood for the fireplace. There are 2 kayaks you can use at our local Watson, Willow or Groom Creek lakes. These are to be used at your own risk, owner assumes no liability or transportation. A signed waiver prior to use is required.
Close to the many hiking trails, museums, eclectic shopping, fine restaurants and our active town square.
