I found this little cabin after a long and extensive search. The main reason of our trip was a mini vacation for our daughter who was turning 11. Our kids absolutely loved the trip. We were amazed at how comfortable the cabin was. No cell phone service was a downer but we didn't have an issue with it since we could still use the WiFi. The caves were amazing. We didn't have the chance to explore all of them and only saw a few since our young son is only 6 we were a little afraid of him getting hurt. But the ones we did see were beautiful. And I have to say I'm not a big fan of the dark but for the first time in my life I enjoyed the darkness surrounding us. Woods surrounded us and sitting outside at night watching the stars was something I really enjoyed with my husband. I have never been at more peace than the 2 nights we were here. This is a place I definitely recommend to all who wish to get away from all the chaos of every day life. We are certainly going back for a romantic getaway and hope to do the guided tour then. Great place!!!
The service was impeccable they made me feel as if we were part of there family just popping in for a visit the caves on site were amazingly beautiful very fun to hike the trails Definitely recommend anyone to spend some time here my only wish is they would upgrade to a LCD TV doesn't have to be big just as long as it has hookup for a laptop other than that one thing is was and amazing weekend definitely will come back for a longer stay
There were 10 of us and we had a blast. All accommodations were perfect and we would definitely revisit. The views were spectacular and theres so much to do ...can't wait for another time...thank you
The place was beautiful. The caves and the views are just steps away. Quiet place. No cell phone signal but it was perfect just to be one with nature. I would definetely go back again and i would recommend it!!!!
We stayed in the front rental unit for 3 nights and were extremely satisfied with our stay. It was very clean and looked like it was updated just recently with nice wood floors. What made it even better was free admission to the trails around the caves.
Had a wonderful time for my first snowshoe experience. The cabin was located on site, so you just stepped out the door, strapped on your snowshoes and headed out! The trails are great. Lots of choices for all levels of experience. The cabin was warm and toasty.
Disc golf course (NO CHARGE), Trout Pond (feed the fish), FREE ADMISSION to the CAVES. Public restrooms and Adventure Tour/Snowshoe Office are in same building. Before and after business hours, you may see our friendly pet dogs on the property grounds: Charlie and Sadie (black miniature schnauzer, light brown wheaten terrier).
