About Bonnie C. Smart
Retired nurse with a love of nature. Traveled near and far, but nowhere compares with the beauty of this area. Would be interesting to see a map of all the trails and places that I have walked and explored over the years.
Why Bonnie C. Smart chose Asheville
When we bought this 5 1/2 acres over 50 yrs. ago, there was nothing on the Biltmore side of Brevard Rd. , except pasture land with a barn and cows, belonging to the Biltmore Estate. We had a Grammar School, a couple small churches, and had to drive into West Asheville for grocery shopping. THINGS HAVE CHANGED..
What makes this Studio unique
Country atmosphere, but come off our property, and it opens up to Interstate 26, and within a couple miles Interstate 40. We are convenient to everything while our property is serene and quiet.

Awesome place.. will come back
Great little apartment for the weekend
The round house units here in Asheville are awesome. Quiet small spaces on a great property 15min from downtown Asheville. Highly recommend the rental and Bonnie is very sweet..
Thank you for taking time out of your day to give this review, and thank you for staying with us.
Bonnie is a fabulous host, a great spot with a view, super clean and a great deal! Thank you.
We have stayed at the units in this listing twice. They are very convenient as we are going to the bonsai show at the botanical gardens. They are clean and comfortable. The one this time was listed as a 1 bedroom but it was really a studio with the bedroom and kitchenette in one room. Last year we had a true one bedroom with a living room and bedroom. Both were fine but I would have liked the one listed as a studio instead of a one bedroom.
Really did not mean to confuse. I must go back and list this as a Studio, instead of one bedroom. I'm disappointed that you did not get what you intended. Guess I thought that by viewing the photo's, one could discern Unit # 1 in it's entirety.
Great quiet spot for two!
The property was just as represented, was very nice, Bonnie was a dear, and we thoroughly enjoyed our quiet get away to Asheville and surrounding area. Love sitting out on the deck at night watching the stars, and eating breakfast in the morning air! The space is perfect for two!
Thank you for liking our little Studio Apt. with the LARGE DECK!! Please remember us when you are in the area.
