This inviting, modern condo, with a touch of tropical motifs is perfect for creating unforgettable memories with your family and friends as you experience South Padre Island. Small, well behaved, non-shedding dogs are welcome for a small fee of $15 per day.

Freshen up in the lovely guest bathroom, features a gorgeous granite vanity with storage space below for toiletries.
The Saida Condominium Community offers a variety of amenities to enhance your relaxing getaway. Take a stroll around the spacious courtyard adorned in exotic foliage to enhance your tropical escape. Stop by the activity center (seasonal) to rent equipment for a thrilling game of tennis, four courts available, or a competitive game of shuffleboard. Take a dip in one of three dazzling beachfront swimming pools (heated in the winter). Quench your thirst with a refreshing cool drink from one of two pool side snack bars (seasonal). Lounge chairs surround each sparkling pool to assist in attaining a sun kissed glow while you lie back and listen to the relaxing ocean waves dancing back and forth along the shoreline. Missing the sand between your toes, enjoy private direct ocean access to the soft sandy beach and crystal-clear Gulf of Mexico. Seasonal beach rentals are available (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.) In the evening unwind in one of four hot tubs as you gaze at the spectacular starry sky.
If you decide to leave Saida Condominium Community for a bite to eat there are local favorites within walking distance: Ceviche Ceviche, Russo’s Pizzeria South Padre Island, and Tropical Smoothie Café. Further up the island experience close encounters with sea turtles at Sea Turtle Inc. Observe a variety of bird species and alligators at South Padre Island World Birding Center. A few more miles north is the Island Adventure Park for horseback riding and zip lining over the dunes. Heading south is Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark with both outdoor and indoor water features and rides. Osprey Cruises and Isla Tours offer adventures out on the Bay, including dolphin spotting and parasailing.

This vacation home will be stocked with a starter supply of paper products, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent and hand soaps for your stay. The beds will be made with fresh linens and bathrooms stocked with high quality towels. Fresh towels may be delivered on request. A small fee may apply.

Accidents do happen, so Accidental Damage Protection is included in the rent, taxes and other fees applied when you reserve this property. Padre Island Rentals follows all state and local tax rules.

This is an excellent condo at an amazing resort. The condo is spacious and the view is perfect. If you love waking up to the view of the ocean, this is your place! Everything was nice and clean. Looks like a brand new washer/dryer. Amenities at the resort for kids and adults. We will be staying again this summer!
Check in upon arrival at Padre Island Rentals, 3100 Padre Blvd. at the intersection of Kingfish Street. Our office is 1 3/4 miles north of the bridge and one block north of the Blue Marlin Supermarket on the right side of the Road. We are open 24 hours a day to serve you.
After picking up your keys and parking permit(s) you will turn left onto Padre Blvd and head south for 1 1/2 miles. The entrance to Saida Towers is on the left side of the road just south of the Radisson Hotel. Show your parking permit to the Guard at the entrance gate and let him/her know that you are going to Saida IV. Pass thru the gate and turn right and park as close as possible to Saida IV. Take the elevator to the 8TH floor. Exit the elevator and turn right. Condominium S4803 is the third door from the end of the walk way.
