Kingston Plantation is like having your own beach. The 145 acre development has the Hilton Hotel on the North end and the Embassy Suite at the Southern border. Having one of the few 3 bedroom Ocean Front units is a joy. It is beautiful and relaxing.

We had a Great Stay with a few minor things that could have been takin care of. The condo location amenities was Great. The pools, beach anc entertainment was Great. Small things....Curtains was off rod in King bedroom. Slow draining water in 3rd bathroom. Overall, I will rent this property again. With the hope of sending a repairman means the same day Not after renting period.
My apologies for the drain. Our repairman had to leave the property for two days due to a family emergency. We are having the curtain repaired this week. A new part needed to be ordered.

Beautiful Condo - Housekeeping (Not so good)
Awesome layout and location. The condo is beautiful and very spacious. We stayed for three nights and everyone (5 kids), and my wife and I, had plenty of space with beautiful ocean views from the balcony(s). However, we had an issue with the lighting in one of the bathrooms on the first day. The management company never sent anyone to repair the problem and I was given an excuse when we turned the keys in of, “we had a substitute maintenance man this weekend...sorry.” Also, the company in charge of cleaning the condo, whoever they are, did a poor job in performing their duties. From dust everywhere, to busted blinds in the master bedroom, there were a few issues that if fixed, would have made for a better overall experience. There was mold in all of the bathrooms and chucks of mold fell from the shower heads onto our children as they showered the first night before we even realized it. Also, the pillow cases in the master bedroom had blood splatter on them as though they had been used to stop a bloody nose and then never cleaned. Super gross, but alas, we still had a good time and the beach was wonderful. It was our kids first time ever seeing the ocean and hanging out at Broadway so despite the dust, mold, blood and electrical problems, everyone still had a great time. I suggest the owner finds a new cleaning crew and addresses the maintenance issues with his vacation rental management company...as they have dropped the ball. All of this being said, the owner is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I don’t blame him for the issues we encountered. FOR THE OWNER, I also suggest, as a parent of small children, the owner should look into getting a new dresser in the bedroom adjacent to the kitchen as the drawers easily fall out and may cause injury to young children (as we learned from experience).
