"It was absolutely perfect"
We've been vacationing down in Bonita for decades. First with our kids and now with our kids and grand kids.Without a doubt and by unanimous consensus the best vacation in Bonita we've ever had.The house was great with everything we could possibly need, but it was the pool and the view that will keep us coming back. We always had a nice breeze and it was very comfortable sitting outside with our morning coffee or just watching the grand kids play in the pool. A Very Beautiful Home to Stay With Your Family!
This Ranch Home was Very Beautiful and Clean. With 5 bedrooms, it accommodated my family of ten very nicely! Four of the five bedrooms were very nice size. The master bedroom was enormous. The entire home had high coffer ceilings with soft lights and televisions available in every room. The view from the living room leading to the pool looking out into the bay was breathtaking and we saw dolphins every day. A Great Open Floor Plan!! The rental manager Arlan checked in from time to time to make sure all our needs were met. A few of my family members rode bikes that came with the home to the beach but most of the time we drove a short distance and parked our car and walked right onto the beach. The home also came with very nice beach chairs that could be used as well as coolers. If you are looking for a grocery store or outlet malls/small shops, everything is a short drive away. This was very nice! The bar area in the home had a refrigerated cooler for your beer, water, soft drinks as well as a wine refrigerated cooler to keep everything nice and cold! I would highly recommend this home and I know we will be staying here again. A Five Star stay in my book!! Thank you again Arlan for making this a very enjoyable stay for my family!

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Waterfront. The house was perfect for our family reunion.
The house was beautifully and well appointed. The setting was perfect with the beautiful views from the living room and the infinity pool which nobody wanted to leave. We rented a boat for the week and it was so awesome and convenient having it right out the back door. The single story house with 5 bedrooms all with double beds or larger was perfect for all of us including our 86 year young Mom who never had to worry about stairs. The kitchen was large with upscale appliances which was great for a family of foodies who like to cook and eat. It was our first family reunion so we wanted it to be perfect, and it was in every way. We really couldn't have picked a better place. The Waterfront is truly a wonderful home on a beautiful setting and Arlan the manager was both a pleasure to work with and very attentive. We wouldn't have changed anything with the possible exception of adding another week to our stay. We would highly recomment this place to anyone. We'll be back again!
This is the prefect home for a large family or big group. It is spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of seating for all 12 of us, with room to spare. The home comes with everything you need. We were there for a family reunion and couldn't have been more pleased. The management company was readily available to answer any questions or give recommendations! We were blessed with dolphins almost daily! Highly recommend this home!

Beautiful waterfront house
3 couples rented the Waterfront house in February for 10 days. The location was perfect, on a quiet street, just 1/4 mile off the beach. Everything about the Waterfront was perfect, the house was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook many lunches and dinners over our 10 day stay. Arlan, our manager, was very responsive on any issues that cropped up (the biggest was getting the coffeemaker to work). The spa and pool were excellent, the brand new lanai and pavers around the pool were beautiful. Everything being on 1 level was important for us since we are getting along in years and everything on 1 floor was great.If we go back to the Gulf Coast next year, we are definitely calling Arlan at Collier Vacation rentals for our place.
Even better than before!
We were anxious to return to The Waterfront after hearing it sustained significant damage from Irma. What has been one of our favorite destinations on prior stays, has been made even better! A new roof, new pool cage, new pavers around the pool, new carpet, paint and light fixtures throughout, has given the house a fresh new facelift. Kudos to the owners for turning their tragedy into an opportunity to upgrade to today's building trends and make this gem even more enjoyable to visit. We thoroughly enjoy our stays at The Waterfront because the house is just so comfortable, well appointed, quiet, and close to everything without the hustle bustle of being directly on the beach road. As always, we can count on Arlan, Barb and Jayme to make the rental process seamless and hassle free. There if we need them, but not intrusive. What else can I say that I haven't before? No need to keep looking....book The Waterfront today!
