About Melanie Roberts or Grayland Poole
I am a fifth grade teacher at the local public school here, and my husband is an ingenious mechanic. We have two children who keep us busy. We like to be outdoors, so this neighborhood is perfect for us. Due to my son's allergies, most of the house is allergy-friendly.
Melanie Roberts or Grayland Poole purchased this House in 2007
Why Melanie Roberts or Grayland Poole chose Evans
We fell in love with this neighborhood ten years ago and worked out a plan so that we could find employment nearby. We built a home on the largest lot here. It is not the biggest house here, but it is one of the best as every bath has unique tile, there are hardwoods in all rooms that are not baths, and the trees in our backyard give us love and privacy.
What makes this House unique
I personally love the Master bedroom upstairs the best as its shower is beautiful and the balcony off the room is a breath of sweet air among the trees. The Master downstairs has unique sinks and a garden tub bath. You will see lots of birds and enjoy the private backyard set in nature.

We are located in one of the most, if not the most, beautiful neighborhoods in the Augusta/Evans area close to the Masters (River Island). We have miles of walking trails in the woods and along the Savannah River. Our neighborhood is a conservation neighborhood, so the deer, turtles, egrets, herons, and occasional otter or beaver are fun to view. If you do not have a car, there is Uber and taxi services to get to the Masters.
