What makes this Apartment unique
Our home is with-in walking distance to Keoka Lake. Keoka Lake in Waterford Maine is a Historical location because it was a stop for the old Stage-Coach runs from Boston to Bethel to Canada. It is a perfect location in between here to there. Whether here is shopping in Freeport or North Conway or skiing at Shawnee Peak, Sunday River, Mt. Abram or mountains in the North Conway area. We are also located by many summer camps and popular wedding locations. Bridgton Academy a PG prep school is just 5 mins away.

We are a family of 4 and wanted to hike Pleasant Mt. This place was perfect. private and comfortable. The owners were great. We were greeted with fresh baked muffins, fruit, water and juice. Great space and location for a family of 4. The beds and linens were so nice. Great kitchen to cook breakfast. A real find!!We will be back!!

Tim & Joanne are great people and host. They are locals that know the area well and are glad to share directions or help you out any way they can!! We have rented many VRBO's and this is one of the best.
P.S. Thanks for the blueberry muffins, they were a nice touch!!
Great! Comfortable/easy overnight!
We stayed here overnight while in Maine, touring sleep a way camps for our daughter. Our 7 and 4 year old daughters stayed in one bedroom and my husband and I in the other with the baby in a pack n play (ours). We all had plenty of room, super comfy beds and all of the amenities we needed (including fresh muffins, fruit, juice and water) from our hosts. Joanne and Tim were lovely and greeted us to show us around when we arrived. The only reason for 4 stars instead of five is for privacy level (and this may not have bothered others). The apartment is part of the owners' house (separate entryway, etc) and although noise was not an issue for us - we found ourselves being concerned about our childrens' noise levels because of the close proximity to the owners and didn't want to bother then. There is a door in the kitchen that attaches the apartment with the main residence that is locked. The close proximity may not be an isssue at all for other travelers - the place really is beautifully maintained, clean, comfortable and obviously care for by Tim and Joanne. Overall a great stay!
Clean, comfortable, well-equipped and reasonably priced. Excellent stay and would gladly stay again.
Waterford is a rural town. We have provided all the necessary supplies for you to cook meals in the apartment, but if you are showing up late at night, we suggest that you grab a bite before you get to Waterford. There are many lakes nearby. mountains, golf courses, and trees, trees, trees. Fortunately in Waterford you wont find a single stoplight!
