Interaction with guests
We will be present on the property during your stay. We will be available for questions/concerns about the property or for suggestions/recommendations about our town but give our guests privacy to enjoy their trip.
We love our location! Our neighborhood - Five Points - has grocery stores, the UNCA campus, trails, and botanical garden (free), greenways, restaurants. A short walk takes you into downtown and all that has to offer. If you bring or rent a bike, you can easily access the River Arts District, Grove Park, South Slope (beer!), and more. A quick drive takes you to Biltmore Estate, Village and south Asheville. That's all within 10-15 minutes. If you want to drive a bit further -- we have loads of suggestions for hiking or sightseeing!
Downtown is easily accessible by walking or driving (there are loads of public parking garages downtown) or Uber (usually around $7, more late at night). No off-street parking is included with our listing. If you are flying in and not renting a car, we recommend you use an Uber or local taxi.
Other things to note
Please keep in mind that this space is located directly below our primary home. We have a small child and while daytime noise is unavoidable, we have a quiet house by 8 pm. We would appreciate no loud television or music and if you tend to arrive home late and quite noisy after visiting our fabulous breweries, this isn't going to be a good match. Thanks for your understanding!
