Please note: Parking in NW Portland is extremely hard to find and many people opt to take the readily available public transportation. However, I have one off-street parking spot and if available I can arrange parking for one "normal" size car at a rate of $10/night paid at the time of arrival. Please inquire about the off-street parking before booking if you need the parking spot. You also will want to be comfortable backing into the driveway and parallel parking technique.

The basement flat is accessed through a private staircase on the side of the house. Flat has it's own entrance, lock and total privacy.
When you enter the flat there is a large mud room offering a great place to store coats and shoes. The flat consist of a roughly 900 sqft great room with custom wood paneling, large windows, 9' ceilings and diamond ground/stained concrete radiant floors.
The kitchen includes commercial undercab appliances with commercial style gas stove and is fully stocked for one's cooking needs.
The spa like bathroom offers a clean feel with overhead rain shower head as well as hand held sprayer.
Unit also includes a large walk in closet with plenty of hanging space and luggage storage space. There is also a high efficiency washer and dryer as well as freezer.
