About this property

This near downtown San Antonio neighborhood is within walking distance to the Alamo Dome, Riverwalk, Alamo Plaza and Henry B Gonzales Convention center. Sitting atop a hill, guests are able to enjoy the breeze while taking in the unique view of the Tower of Americas. This area is booming with mixed development. Many historical homes are being renovated and some new homes are being built in the area. We are happy for the newer developments and welcome the influx of savvy investors grabbing a piece of downtown and making great changes.

Great Location

Great location for everything downtown. The neighborhood looks a little scary when driving in but we had no problems at all and it really was perfect for everything we did. It does not have central air so just an FYI if you are a person who sleeps hot but the beds and pillows where nice.

Great comfy spot close to everything

Cute property, my daughter loved picking ripe cherry tomatoes right outside our door. Quiet and welcoming, we loved being in a growing neighborhood and close to the city. Our only regret was that we didn’t time it to be there to eat fresh pears off the tree loaded with not-quite-ripe fruit!

Just as advertised

We were welcomed by the property manager and given a walk through of the house, it was just as she advertised, clean. Nice, fresh super close to everything like she mentioned..... my family and I really liked staying here we have considered coming back and staying in this location again, very calm and peaceful area

Wonderful!

We stayed here for 4 days. Our family of 5 was comfortable. Very clean, A/C cooled the house quickly, kitchen is well stocked. And we loved all the citrus trees outside - the kids made fresh lemonade each day. Very close to the Alamo and Riverwalk without being "in the city." Really, everything we wanted to see in the area was 15 minutes or less away by car. And the owner! What a pleasure to talk with her. Highly recommended. If we're in San Antonio again, we'll look to stay here.
