About Kerri Molinaro

Together with my husband, Angelo, we own and operate four luxury vacation homes, all with private pools, located in Old Town Niagara on the Lake. Our town has been voted Canada's #1 food and wine destination by TripAdvisor, something we are very excited about.

We purchased our first property, Simcoe Pines, in 2000 and started running it as a vacation home in 2003. Between 2004 and 2006, we purchased 3 additional properties in the town, Aylesbury Manor, Amberlea House and Avalon. Angelo ran the business on his own until the Fall of 2014 when I retired from my company and joined him full time.

Since 2003 we have welcomed thousands of guests into our homes and have many returning guests come and stay in our properties year after year. We personally own these homes and take great care in ensuring an exceptional stay for our guests that vacation in any of our properties. As a result of this hands on approach, have earned over 200 5 Star reviews.

All four of our properties are very unique and exemplify what Niagara on the Lake represents. They are historical homes with our oldest home, Avalon, dating back to 1820. All of them feature heated swimming pools set in mature private gardens and are located in Old Town, walking distance to Queen Street, the golf course and the lake.

We welcome you to stay at one of our lovely homes for your next vacation with family or friends!

Christmas at Amberlea

  • 5 of 5

Our family stayed at Amberlea House over Christmas. The house was very cozy and welcoming with the Christmas decorations the hosts thoughtfully provided. We found the living room very comfortable for our family gathering and the kitchen was very well equipped for our needs. The rooms were very clean and plenty of towels were provided. The hosts were very pleasant to deal with and answered questions very promptly. NOTL at Christmas was very pretty and busy with shoppers. We had a nice lunch at the Olde Angel Inn. It was a great solution for a difficult Christmas.

Perfect Retreat for Family or Group!

  • 5 of 5

Amberlea House was a great stay for our group! Photos depict the home exactly as it is. The property was clean and well maintained. Lots of amenities in the kitchen for cooking and meal preparation. Excellent communication with the owners and prompt replies to emails even when they are on holiday! Owners sent lots of recommendations about restaurants and wineries in the NOTL area and very helpful with any questions we had. Since it was November the pool was closed but the area was very clean around the pool and looked very inviting in the back yard for guest to enjoy in the warmer weather. The living room was spacious for all 9 of us to relax. Lots of seating at the large dining room table. All the beds were comfortable, only the first upstairs bedroom on the right has a very firm mattress if that is your preference. Located on a quiet residential street near the downtown shopping/historic area. Beautiful location to walk around and enjoy the historic homes. Definitely would recommend Amberlea House.

The perfect place...

  • 5 of 5

This location is the perfect place for a reunion of friends or family. The property was in excellent condition with an ideal layout of rooms and with so many amenities. The large dining room and spacious living room with ample seating was an asset. The owners were wonderful to work with and we felt well attended to in our numerous communications with them.

The pool was a wonderful addition to our weekend as was the stunning garden and terrace. All beds were comfortable and cozy with lovely linens and towels provided.

I would highly recommend this beautiful home for an NOTL stay.

  • 5 of 5

The perfect house for an escape with girlfriends. Relaxing, felt like we were on a private estate - yet close to downtown and easy to get to all the wineries.

The owners were very accommodating to us by keeping the pool open one more week so we could enjoy it.

I would stay there again if I go to NOTL and highly recommend it.

Loved our stay ... owner went the extra mile

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay here. Also we left a bathing suit on the property and the owner went to a great deal of trouble to find it and make make shipping arrangements. And was very gracious about the whole thing. Highly recommended!

NOTL B&B - Amberlea House

  • 5 of 5

The Amberlea house is charming and perfect for a weekend away in NOTL. The owners were very prompt with their responses to questions and were always equipped with information to help with the planning process. The house is very clean, spacious, and the property inside and out is beautiful. It is centrally located and everything you need is walking distance or short drive from gas station, grocery store, coffee shop.

Highly recommended! Fantastic space, and very reasonably priced. Would 100% stay here again in the future.
