About Kerri Molinaro
We are celebrating our 15 year anniversary of Niagara on the Lake Vacation Homes! Together with my husband, Angelo, we own and operate NOTL Vacation Homes which features four luxury vacation homes, all with private pools, located in Old Town Niagara on the Lake. Our town has been voted Canada's #1 food and wine destination by TripAdvisor, something we are very excited about. We purchased our first property, Simcoe Pines, in 2000 and started running it as a vacation home in late 2002. Between 2004 and 2006, we purchased 3 additional properties in the town, Aylesbury Manor, Amberlea House and Avalon. Angelo ran the business on his own until the Fall of 2014 when I retired from my company and joined him full time. For 15 years NOTL Vacation Homes have welcomed thousands of guests into our homes and have many returning guests come and stay in our properties year after year. We personally own these homes and take great care in ensuring an exceptional stay for our guests that vacation in any of our properties. As a result of this hands on approach, have earned over 230 5 Star reviews across many different sites, including our own. All four of our properties are very unique and exemplify what Niagara on the Lake represents. Our oldest home, Avalon, dates back to 1820. All of them are luxury vacation homes and feature heated swimming pools set in mature private gardens and are located in Old Town, walking distance to Queen Street, the golf course and the lake. We welcome you to stay at one of our lovely homes for your next vacation with family or friends!

The house was the perfect size for our visiting family. We came from out of town and found the location very convenient to historic downtown. The winery's in the area were a great way to spend the day. House was clean and well stocked for home cooking.
We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at Amberlea House and that you were pleased with the location! One of the best things about staying in a vacation home vs a hotel is the ability to cook home cooked meals and only eat out when you choose, not because you have to! It’s great to hear that you found the kitchen well equipped.
You were great guests and are welcome back anytime!
Gorgeous, well appointed place to stay. Comfortable with all the amenities. Would definitely recommend it!
Fantastic place to stay in Niagara on the Lake
This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a larger house in the Niagara on the Lake area. It is right on the edge of town, easy to walk to most places in the town and close to all the great wineries that the area is known for. The house itself is in great shape and comfortably fit our large family that was visiting for the weekend.
Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that you found our home in great shape and the location to be very good. Many of our guests like that they can walk to the wineries (Jackson Triggs and Stratus) as well as the shops on Queen St. The town has so much to offer!
Amberlea House is really great for large groups giving everyone the space they need. You are welcome back anytime!
Fit our needs perfectly (4 adult couples)
Close to town and many wineries. Helpful suggestions from the owner! 17 inches of snow did not deter us or winery options.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review about Amberlea House.
Your family was a pleasure to host and we look forward to hearing from you again,
maybe when there isn't so much snow!! Happy to hear it didn't get in the way of wine tasting!

Christmas at Amberlea
Our family stayed at Amberlea House over Christmas. The house was very cozy and welcoming with the Christmas decorations the hosts thoughtfully provided. We found the living room very comfortable for our family gathering and the kitchen was very well equipped for our needs. The rooms were very clean and plenty of towels were provided. The hosts were very pleasant to deal with and answered questions very promptly. NOTL at Christmas was very pretty and busy with shoppers. We had a nice lunch at the Olde Angel Inn. It was a great solution for a difficult Christmas.
Perfect Retreat for Family or Group!
Amberlea House was a great stay for our group! Photos depict the home exactly as it is. The property was clean and well maintained. Lots of amenities in the kitchen for cooking and meal preparation. Excellent communication with the owners and prompt replies to emails even when they are on holiday! Owners sent lots of recommendations about restaurants and wineries in the NOTL area and very helpful with any questions we had. Since it was November the pool was closed but the area was very clean around the pool and looked very inviting in the back yard for guest to enjoy in the warmer weather. The living room was spacious for all 9 of us to relax. Lots of seating at the large dining room table. All the beds were comfortable, only the first upstairs bedroom on the right has a very firm mattress if that is your preference. Located on a quiet residential street near the downtown shopping/historic area. Beautiful location to walk around and enjoy the historic homes. Definitely would recommend Amberlea House.
Beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake has a lot to offer. Cycle past endless rows of green vineyards. Visit a winery housed in a 19th century barn. Explore the tapestry of the pastoral country-side, fragrant gardens, rolling hills. Bet on good times at a nearby casino. Revel at a festival of a gifted playwright(Shaw Festival). Browse art galleries and quaint shops. Take a horse and carriage ride through the historic town. Follow the picturesque wine route. Marvel at the Falls. Enjoy a theatrical performance. Enjoy stunning views. Share the kids enjoyment at Marineland. Picnic in an orchard. Raise a glass of Ontario's finest to the heavens and thank your lucky stars you discovered Niagara. Niagara Falls is a 10 minute drive and Toronto is an hour and a
quarter from the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Other Activities: wine tasting at the numerous wineries in town, fine dining, live theatre
