About Suzanne Cliffe
We have lived in this home for 30 years and thought it would be fun to share our wonderful neighborhood with friends, family, and visitors to New Orleans.

Absolutely wonderful apartment!
This was perfect! The apartment was just right for the two of us. The hosts were really sweet and welcoming but also gave us tons of space. The neighborhood is Amazing! There are so many great places to eat just a few blocks away, but also very easy to access downtown. I was here to celebrate my 50th birthday and had the Best Time! Highly Recommend!!
Great place to stay. In a pretty quiet neighborhood and real close to a street car stop which I used the whole time down there.
Beautiful apt in great neighborhood
This apartment is very lovely, beautifully decorated home. A great place in walking distance of restaurants, shops and St. Charles Ave streetcar. We lived uptown many years ago and this place is truly in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in town. Suzanne is an excellent and welcoming host.
A lovely spot to stay
We recently had the opportunity to spend a couple of days in New Orleans and booked two nights at this rental. It was lovely and clean and perfect for us. It is located in a quiet, upscale area and a big plus was the ample parking on the street. We felt very safe here.
This rental was very near the Canal Street trolley route and there were stores and restauants within walking distance if you didn’t want to drive for a meal.
We had the opportunity to meet and talk with the owners who seem like such nice people and Suzanne could not have been more helpful in mailing our forgotten passports back to us.
We would definitely stay here again even if Suzanne had not put lovely drinks and treats out for us!!!

Pretty and cozy apartment in charming neighborhood
This carriage house was the perfect place to stay through our vacation to New Orleans. The apartment was pretty and very clean with a lot of privacy behind the main home and the pictures don't do it justice when it comes to how cozy it felt in person. Suzanne was a wonderful host - there were several welcoming amenities like coffee, snacks, and extra towels - and she thoughtfully put out some umbrellas for us on a rainy day. The neighborhood is gorgeous and close to lots of local restaurants, coffee shops, and main thoroughfares, which is just what we were looking for. It's also a short run or walk to Audobon Park, which was beautiful for a stroll. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
Hi, Erica, I'm glad that you enjoyed the apartment and the neighborhood. I'm delighted to share everything our city and neighborhood has to offer with an appreciative audience. Come back anytime.
Lovely, quiet and convenient locale. Hosts are very accommodating!
Thanks, Anne. Glad you enjoyed it. Come back any time.
This is an ideal location from which to tour all of New Orleans. The French Quarter is 15 minutes away or a 20 minute street car ride. The Garden District is 10 minutes away and Loyola and Tulane Universities are 10 minutes. You can walk everywhere if you want.
