Upscale Condo near the base (only a quarter mile) at Winter Park! Terrific views of the mountain, forest, and Fraser River! Shuttle bus service to base or town just a block away (last stop before the base). On the Fraser River Trail, with x-c skiing or snowshoeing just outside your door! High-speed wireless internet now included!

Well appointed and nicely furnished, with all the comforts of home! Three large bedrooms (queen, queen, bunks/trundle), three and a half baths, large and open living area and kitchen. Heated garage plus plenty of additional parking. So close you can shuttle in and out for lunch (on a two minute shuttle bus ride) and even stay in touch between the mountain and condo with walkie-talkies. Did we say the views are great?

This is a three bedroom unit that sleeps 6-9 comfortably; we have a three bedroom unit (sleeps up to eight) across the street (see VRBO listing #78009).

The Master bedroom has a queen bed, a balcony with views to the slopes, jacuzzi tub, and granite in the private bathroom. A second Master bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed, private bath, and granite countertops as well.

The 3rd bedroom has bunk beds (a twin size and full-size pull-out futon), private bath, granite and a TV. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa in the Living Room on a separate level. The Living Room features modern electronics and spectacular views to the slopes through the huge picture windows!

Great start to the new year!

Our family of 6 with grown children had a wonderful stay in your condo. It was comfortable and so convenient to Winter Park. We cooked dinner in the well stocked kitchen. There was plenty of room for all of us upstairs to eat together and play games by the fireplace after a fun day of skiing. The weather was perfect while we were there. The bedrooms were comfortable and we appreciated the little extras like plenty of towels, tissues, lotion etc.

Fantastic Place!

We had 3 couples coming from 3 states (CA, CO, and PA) for a ski weekend. The condo was PERFECT. There were clear directions on where things were and what to do for check in and check out. Steve was incredibly easy to work with and quick to reply. It was so close to the base of Winter Park and Mary Jane we couldn't complain. The hot tub in the condo community served as a relaxing oasis after long ski days and tired legs. We even lucked out with a powder day to finish the trip!

Absolutely Perfect

Two families who get together a couple times of year couldn't ask for a better condo to enjoy Winter Park. The beautiful setting, the location to the slopes and the layout of the condo were absolutely perfect for our ski vacation. Especially enjoyed the evenings with the fire place and large dining room table playing cards/games. Easy access to the WP shuttle made for a quick trip to and from the lifts each day. Owner was very easy to work with and helpful on recommendations around the area. Will definitely stay again on our return trip!!

Christmas 2015

What a great place to spend our Christmas ski vacation with family. The views (both front and back) are amazing and the living area made for great dinners, games and conversation. Great access to Winter Park Skiing and a short bus ride. The owner is great to work with and responds quickly. Great memories!

Excellent Trademark Condo

We loved staying in this condo as it has a very warm feeling. There is plenty of room and nice views. The master bed and bath is large and comfortable. The best part of this condo is the location to Winter Park Skiing. A bus is conveniently located at the entrance of Trademark which runs frequently in the mornings. The owner is extremely easy to work with and communicates quickly. We hope to stay here again!

Great Townhome Near Mountain

We stayed with another family (4 adults, 4 kids) for 3 nights. The townhome fit us perfectly -- 2 Master Bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunkbeds and bathroom, and sofabed in living area. We appreciated the 1/2 bath on the main living area. Lots of room. Townhome was clean and provided all linens, towels (even beach towels for the hot tub that was about 2-minutes' walking distance and can be seen from townhome window), cooking utensils, plenty of plates, etc. and wine glasses. We walked to the bus stop (about 5 min) and took the shuttle to the Winter Park Ski Resort base (next stop, so less than 5 min). Very convenient. Owner was timely in his responses to my many questions, both before and during our stay. The only negative, and this was minor, is that because the townhome is on three levels, it was difficult to maintain the heat (upstairs was quite warm, while downstairs was a bit chilly). Didn't affect us too much, as we primarily stayed on top level (living area and kitchen). Great views of the mountain. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would stay here again.
