This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo, which sleeps 8, has been renovated top to bottom and gorgeously decorated! This condo sits in arguably one of the best spots on the island. Nestled right in the heart of Anna Maria and situated directly across from Bayside Beach, Bayview Plaza and renowned The Waterfront Restaurant, this condo is in the perfect spot! Enjoy being steps or a quick bike ride away to just about everything including many of the white sand public beach options... like Bayside Beach, Bean Point, or Anna Maria Beach, all the Pine Avenue shops, Anna Maria Island Pier & Trolley Stop, the Sandbar Restaurant and many more!

Blissful Bay is the one of two units on the 2nd floor and features an open kitchen, dining, and living area. The home is fully equipped with brand new appliances, including a dishwasher and on site washer and dryer. There are plenty of places to sit and socialize or simply relax. Eat in at the dining room table or at the kitchen island bar. The soothing master bedroom houses a comfortable king bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a king bed and sprawling closet with plenty of room for your latest vacation finds. The third bedroom or 'bunk room' has a bunk bed with trundle with a spectacular barn door. If you're looking for some additional space for guests, the living room couch provides an additional queen-sized pull out. Both the bunk and 2nd bedroom have water views from the bedroom windows.

This luxurious space is located on the 2nd floor of a bayfront building housing 5 private units, each with it's own direct entrance. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the building shares a gorgeous resort-style heated swimming pool with plenty of chairs, tables, and lounge chairs to enjoy a relaxing day at the pool. While you're there mix drinks in the cabana or grill up some freshly caught fish from Rod & Reel Pier which is only a bike ride away! There is also public patio space on the ground floor in front of the building to relax and gaze out over Tampa Bay, Skyway Bridge and AMI Pier. You and your family cannot imagine a more perfect spot to enjoy AMI like a true local in the heart of it all.

Please note there is 1 designated off street parking space per unit for guests on property. However, there is additional free public parking directly across the street.

Special stay!!

We enjoyed staying here. The apartment was tastefully decorated. Everything was there, so much so, we roasted a turkey one day. But most of all it was spotless. It is very hard to keep mold from forming in the baths at the beach but the baths we're spotless. Very convientlly located with a very good restaurant next door. We rally enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you Nikki and Mike.

Very nice newly updated

Unit#4 was just as the pictures looked. Perfect for our family of 5 with 3 small kids. Across from a great restaurant Waterfront I believe. Nice private pool, there where water toys and swim arms in the unit which was great! Within walking distance to the beach. Washer and dryer were also new and convenient. Overall great place to stay. My only complaint is the really low ceiling fan in the master bedroom !! Watch out if you are taller than 5’5😉

Pet Fee $200 + Tax
Damage Waiver Fee $59 + Tax
Cleaning fee $200 + Tax

Deposit: 50% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation. No dates or rates will be held for reservation requests in which no deposit has been paid or without express written consent of Manager. Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of deposit. After booking confirmed, prices will not be adjusted for any newly published rates applicable to dates of existing reservations.
Balance: 50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date. Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be initiated by guest through website in which they booked. If cancelling entire or portion of reservation, refunds of deposit or full payment are subject to property manager’s ability to re-rent the home for the same number of nights or specific policy of website used to book (see below) and a refund will be given in the amount we were able to re-rent the property. We do not make any guarantee that we will be able to rent the property at rate originally paid. If your check-in date is greater than 60 days out, you may move your reservation to any available dates (with same rental requirements) within 1 year plus the difference in current rate, if any. Cancellations for any number of nights in which the home cannot be re-rented, non-arrivals, late arrivals, early departures or alterations that result in a loss of revenue will receive no refunds. Manager/Owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation subject to issuing a full refund without penalty or responsibility for providing lodging elsewhere.

Trip/Storm Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance including comprehensive trip cancellation insurance due to unforeseen eventualities including hurricane or tropical storms. Hurricane season is June 1st – November 30th. See rental agreement for details.
