The townhome is located in the Talanguera neighborhood of San Juan del Sur. The home has a large open space floor plan on the top floor with high ceilings, beautiful wood work and natural lighting. The architectural design is urban modern with sustainability in mind. The large sliding doors and many windows allow a fresh breeze to flow through out the home even on a warm day. There is also central air through out the home for those days or nights when the Nicaraguan heat gets to be too much! It has a fully equipped kitchen with ice-cold beer waiting upon your arrival. There is TV in the living area with cable and internet.The bottom floor has two bedrooms; a master suite with a king size bed and private balcony overseeing the garden, and a second bedroom also with a private balcony with a queen and a full size bunk bed that sleeps 4. There is roof deck with a 360 degree view of the Pacific Ocean where fishing boats can be seen bobbing in the tranquil waters of the bay; the town of San Juan del Sur is to the south and on the hill to the north of the home there is large statue of Christ of Mercy.
The home is shaded by a large Guanacaste tree that is home to the many tropical song birds and parakeets. There is a small comunal pool as well.
