Great Location for a family visit to Denver!
My family of six, including our baby granddaughter enjoyed this well appointed, spacious and trendy town home! Loved the location and its ongoing neighbourhood revitalization. There are amazing well reviewed restaurants within a short walk. The Denver Central Market nearby is a Must Visit! The owner, Tony went out of his way to make our stay a special one! Already missing the neat rooftop patio with a sunrise & sunset view.
The view from the roof top deck was beautiful at night around the fire pit. The location was great...walking distance to restaurants and bars and a close drive to other downtown activities.
Great place and great owner
Tony was great to work with. Though it was hard at first to get in touch with him as he is very busy, he made sure to contact me whenever needed. The photos are pretty accurate and the house is clean. Fantastic location if you at going out for night or to a baseball game. Tony also helped us drop our bags off early while the place was getting cleaned. I would definitely recommend to stay here and I would absolutely rent from Tony in the future again.
Excellent place to stay
Myself and 10 other men spent a weekend here in July 2017. This place was great. It had plenty of space, and amenities. The air mattresses were functional, and helped with the sleeping arrangements. One thing that we could've needed was more comforters for the air mattresses. Those sleeping on them only had sheets to cover up with, and got pretty cold at night. The location of this place was great as well. The city is really trying to build up the neighborhood which is causing lots of construction in the area, but everything you need is within walking distance (food, bars, nightlife). Overall a great place to stay.
Great spot in a cool neighborhood. Walking distance or a short uber to the other bar/entertainment districts as well. The place was in great condition, full kitchen with utensils and cookware, nice sheets and plenty of towels (we had 8 staying over a couple nights), stocked with propane for the outdoor fireplace on the rooftop. We couldn't ask for much else. The host even accommodated a bit of an early arrival and late checkout, and I was confident I could get in touch in no time if needed. Highly recommend!
