Enjoy your mountain getaway in Park City! This studio sleeps up to 4 people and is very convenient to downtown, skiing, and golf. There is a 30 mile bikeway (the Rail Trail access is steps away from the condo). The kitchenette is well equipped, there is a small covered porch, a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. The complex offers a seasonal pool, a year round hot tub and home base for Sundance Film Festival is only 1 block away. The free city bus service (located right outside of this unit) takes you to any town venue which runs every 10 minutes. There is also a 24 hour front desk assistant to help with any needs or directions to getting around town. Free Wi-fi and DirecTV !

Nice and clean in Park City residential area.
Enjoyed our short visit. Not a lot of other guest so it was quiet. The room has been updated and has thoughtful touches. Not as close to old town as we would have liked. The deal was right. Very nice!
Frustraition checking in and out and some room flaws
While the place was cozy and quite lovely it had some flaws. Upon walking it there is a strong musk of mildew and mold. My son and I both have asthma and I'm allergic to mold so the whole time we were in the room it made us instantly have issues. The floor has come up in multiple places and looks like that where the possible mold and mildew is coming from ? Upon arriving we had a check in and check out time of 2pm. I arrived right before 2 to get any info I needed and the front desk man seems confused while I was even there. He said my check in time wasn't till 4pm...I had to argue with him and show him messages saying it was indeed 2pm. I had my kids in tow and was a frustrating beginning. We went to lunch the next day and headed back with a hour to spare before checkout to let the kids rest and the key wouldn't work for the door. I had to pack the kids back in the vehicle and drive to the front office where I had to argue again that we weren't due to checkout till 2 pm. It said we should have checked out was earlier and due to that the key wasn't working anymore. She couldn't find our paper work and I had to argue with yet another office person and show messages showing 2pm to give me a new key as all our stuff was still in the room and couldn't get in and we weren't due to checkout yet ! By the time we got back to the room we had 10 min to grab our stuff and leave. The Internet connection is also so slow it didn't work at all and the patio light doesn't work so I couldn't sit on the patio that evening while the kids slept as it was pitch black. Wasn't the stay cation place I was hoping for and was rather frustrating as nothing seemed to go smoothly. Wasn't worth the high dollar amount we paid to stay. Postives were it was cute and well stocked and decorated beautifully and quite cozy. I just wish the positives outweighed the cons were definitely a huge disappointment. Thank you

Great place to stay in Park City.
The little kitchen was perfect for a light breakfast and lunch. The bed was very comfortable. Nice use of the space. We will definitely stay here again.
