This 3 bedroom, 2 car garage has a new covered cedar patio, and an open floor plan. The third bedroom is a single level home with new carpet and paint and it has a television in the master bedroom and one in the great room. It can sleep up to 5 persons. It has a fenced in yard and garden and views from every direction. There are new queen size beds in other bedrooms.
The kitchen is an L shaped kitchen with enough storage for dishes and your food supplies. It is brightly lit and looks out to trees and oleanders. The kitchen has a new dishwasher and has all of the equipment needed to be used comfortably. There is a microwave, refrigerator/freezer and plenty of counter top space let the guests serve themselves. A new Amana dishwasher has just been installed. It is quieter than the old one. It is fully equipped with cook and dishware. The living room has a sofa and a lazy boy rocker and a good size HD television. The folks from the kitchen and dining area can also see the television and interact with those in the great room. A sliding door goes out from the great room to the covered patio where there are chairs and a table to relax. The patio chairs have just been redone. There are mini lights if you want to plug them in. There is also a barbecue.
The master bedroom is the largest bedroom in the house and has a large picture window and its own dual sink bathroom and private commode room for extra privacy. There is a raised toilet seat if needed. There is a large walk-in master closet so if someone brings lots of clothes, they have room to store them along with their luggage and hiking gear. You can see Elephant Rock and many mountains from this room. The theme in this room is from the famous painter De Gracia. Wildlife and birds abound as it is on 1.6 acres. There is also a HD television for those who like to watch TV in the master bedroom.
The second bedroom also has a new bed and a large 11 ft closet with shelves. It's picture window looks out to lovely yellow rose plants and other flowers and in spring and some parts of winter. Next to the bedroom, there is a large bathroom with a tub/shower combo and lots of counter space in the bathroom area.
There is a third room where someone can get away from it all and read or look at their e-mail or relax. There is high speed internet through the house.
The laundry room has an entry into the kitchen and to the garage and there is a washer and a new dryer. It is handy for those who have had to travel a long distance with airline weight restrictions. Since the carpets are new, I do not allow smoking nor pets on the premises. Although the home is not an ADA home, the hallway is wide enough for a small wheelchair. A raised potty can be put in any bedroom if needed.
The two car garage has a garage door opener so you won't have to park your cars in the heat of the day outside.
The house is very well insulated. There are many things to do and here are just some of them: Hicking, Biking, Shopping with a large Selection of Shops in town. Walk the Juan Baptista DeAnva Trail Along the Santa Cruz River. Wine Tasting, Golfing, Heated Swimming Pool nearby which is free with Silver Sneakers Pass. Visit Mexico for shopping, Dining and low cost dental Work in Mexico.
The yellow rose buds are coming forth and you'll soon have yellow roses galore in the four plants out in front and the deep orange birds of paradise plants. There is one new century plant about to come forth early spring. Birds are attracted to the home so buy some humming bird feeder and bird seed feeders. Come on down to Southern Az!!!

This is an area that has good small wineries. The vineyards are some of the best in the US and similar to southern France. Arizona. Vineyards is a popular roadside attraction in Nogales on the way to Mexico. Located less than one hour from the resort, the wines are unique and have classic Southwestern names such as Rattlesnake Red, Desert Dust and Coyote Red.
There is also a casino North and it is pretty new with nice buffets, entertainment and all kinds of slots and dealers. There is ample parking there and it is clean and has some little shops to browse through.
