Enjoy your stay at this Hawaiian plantation style villa adjacent to the King's Shops and a short walk to the scenic Anaeho'omalu Bay. The villa is located on the 3rd green of the world class Beach Course in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Get ready to unlock the door to your luxury vacation retreat.

You will walk across a marble threshold into the foyer of a beautiful custom decorated home. Looking into the living room you will see an inviting chenille sofa, large entertainment center, and walls adorned with landscapes by a local Hawaiian artist. As you walk past the koa clock, you will find a modern kitchen with rich wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

The guest bedrooms, described as "comfortable and elegant", have queen-size beds featuring light-weight down comforters with adjacent spacious bathrooms. The open loft at the top of the stairs has a day bed with trundle and a desk for writing your postcards.

Our favorite room, the master bedroom suite looks over the well manicured bermuda grass of the 8th green, the famous King's trail, and facing the ancient Kohala Volcano. The room is styled with decor from Tommy Bahama. In the master bathroom, relax in the Jacuzzi soaking tub after a long day in the sun. Don't miss breakfast on the peaceful lanai as you watch the sunrise over Mauna Kea.

On location at Waikoloa Beach Villas, enjoy your time at the lava rock pools and spas with elevated waterfalls, peaceful sounds of local birds, or use the barbeque at the poolside picnic area. Don't forget to go shopping at the King's Shops (Louis Vitton, Tiffany, etc.) and the lovely Queen's MarketPlace.

We both grew up on the coast of California so the beach has been part of our lives from the beginning. We were married on the island in 2002 and have been coming back together since. The Big Island has definitely become part of our life as a couple. Now, as our family has grown we continue to spend time here with our children. We enjoy all the outdoor activities from snorkling, golf, tennis, hiking and especially whale watching. We hope that you and your family will enjoy and appreciate it as much as we do. Why James and Stacy Lynn chose Puako

We purchased our first Hawaii home in 2003 to escape our busy lives in the Bay Area. After finding out that we were expecting our first child, we decided it was time to grown our home away from home. The conveniences of the Waikoloa Beach Resort continued to fit our families needs and Waikoloa Beach Villas was the newest complex in the resort area. We still visit the island 4-5 times a year along with with friends and family. Only now, we stay for longer periods of time.

What makes this condo unique

We enjoy the proximity to all the amenities of the resort area. We always take a snorkel or sunset cruise with Ocean Sports right out of A-Bay. They are friendly and consistently give great service. Most of all, we love hang out on the lanai in the evening to watch our son and daughter run around.

Beautiful Home - Great Location

This home has been ideal for our annual vacations to the Kohala Coast. Situated on Waikaloa’s Ocean Golf Course, Queen’s and King’s markets close by...no need to drive. A-Beach is very close, Hapuna Beach is up the road and the saddle road to Hilo is not far away. This is our 5th trip to the Big Island and our second time in this home. By far this is the best property we have leased. Stacy (the owner) is responsive and the property is kept up well. Thank you

Perfect Place for Family Getaway

Nothing but positive feedback! As advertised. The condo is clean and comfortable. We had no issues at all during our entire stay. It is in a great location - walk-able to shopping and the Hilton and Marriott resorts and beaches. Owners are responsive and instructions are thorough and accurate. No complaints! Would stay here again and again!

We were surprised how spacious, well put together and comfortable it was for our family of five adults. The location was perfect for us, as we wanted a quiet location with amenities. This home fit the bill beautifully.

Wonderful property and the perfect place to be based to explore the big island.

We had such a wonderful time staying in this condo. It was perfect for our group of 7 (us, our 3 children and grandparents) and gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and not get in each other's way. The unit had everything we needed for our stay, and the resort was so beautiful and safe. It really was the perfect base for being able to explore the rest of the Big Island, but also to have days to hang out by the beach and just relax. Would definitely stay here again.
