Our charming condo in paradise is excellently situated at this property amidst a beautiful tropical setting, but you also have a glimpse of the ocean from your lanai. Easy access onto a grassy knoll from the lanai provides a great area for small children to play. A few steps further? A quiet and serene pool which offers an alternative to some of the bustling and overcrowded resorts. No elevators or long walks to get to the pool! Less than a mile south is Honokawai Beach which is perfect for families with small children, and they have a delightful picnic area that sits directly opposite our local farmers market.

Our location is quite central in Kahana which makes it convenient to all the markets, restaurants and island activities. We have a grocery service that you may wish to take advantage of. This is especially nice if you're arriving late in the evening and allows you to have the basic staples already in your unit for the following morning. Be sure to ask at the time you reserve our unit.

Clean and quaint condo

Condo was easy to access and the directions were well written. We never had any issues with parking and the location is a short 3 - 5 min walk to an outstanding farmers market across. Lots of dinner and food options within walking as well. The pool was nice and the condo was well appointed with clean towels and linens. There were also three beach chairs available. Our only concern with this unit was the traffic from the adjacent road. If you live in a busy city I am sure you won't even notice. However, since we live in the country, it was disruptive to sleep often. Note, we had two adults and two kids and the pull out was sufficient and comfortable.

Adequate accomodations, just a little tired

This complex has a nice pool area and upper seaside observation deck. The deck furniture is in disrepair and needs some upgrades. Water line upgrades and deep trenching along the retaining walls wasn't well published on the web site. Overall the property is very quiet and kept up. Unit 115 is likewise adequate, meeting all basic needs. Patio doors are derailed, and difficult to secure. Patio doors need to be replaced. Bathroom is in need of renovation. Sliding doors on the tub are very weary. Kitchen was equipped well enough for 2 people to function for 2 weeks, however an upgrade should certainly include addition of more electrical outlets in the kitchen. There's only one! Appliances have to be unplugged and rotated between microwave, coffee pot, toaster, rice cooker & blender.

Overall very good complex. The Unit is well stocked with all the appliances and dishes you need. The bed was very comfortable as well. Overall fairly good value for the money.

The water line upgrades you mention and deep trenching was not planned work, as it came about because of a sinkhole. We're sorry you ran into those repairs during your stay, but the work was sudden and unexpected. In regards to your unit upgrade suggestions, we will certainly pass your comments along to our owner. We appreciate you acknowledging the value of this condo. Fully remodeled, the nightly rate would be considerably higher. Clean and thoughtful host!

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was kept very clean with all the necessities; some of them were provided beyond our expectations, such as coolers, beach chairs, sun cream, lots of towels, etc. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Wife and I give it the thumbs up!

Came out to visit Maui with my significant other for the first time in years for a business conference, and we stayed here. Just great! The condo had everything we needed and more. The wifi was fast, the kitchen had all the essentials, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean. The location is quiet and relaxing, which was needed because there was so much going on with the conference. I would highly recommend this peaceful place to stay - especially for couples.

Very Disappointed with the company that manages it

The advertisement said they would the pool open within a day or two of our arrival and the pool was closed during our entire trip. The picture of the box of chocolates to greet you is also false advertising. The company that manages the property will charge u extra for every little thing. There is no beach access from the complex you have to walk a couple miles or drive.

Owner's Response: We are sorry that the pool restoration took longer than we anticipated. We were told the restoration would start September 1st and be completed within three weeks.We posted this on our website in good faith that the project would be completed on time. I'm sure you can appreciate we have no control over unforeseen circumstances which resulted in delays to the pool completion. We maintain a diligent practice of being transparent at all times. If you revisit our site you will see our posting which has been on our site since March 2017.
