From your parking spot, stairs take you to the third floor condo. Please note that there is no elevator, and the condo can only be accessed by stairs.
The home opens right into the main living area, featuring a sectional leather couch for 5 and a huge 4K Ultra HD 60” TV with sound bar. The adjoining dining room has a wooden table for 6, and wooden floors run throughout the space. Brought work with you? There’s a desk with a monitor for guest use - be sure to bring your laptop!
At the end of the room, huge glass doors open out to the covered balcony. Deep and wide with a ceiling fan and wicker lounge furniture, this is the perfect spot to sip a cold drink while gazing at the pool.
In the kitchen, stainless steel appliances sit amongst granite countertops. Countertop appliances, including a Keurig coffeemaker and toaster, add extra convenience. This space has been fully renovated and stocked to make cooking a breeze.
The master bedroom has a King-size bed and huge 4K Ultra HD 55” TV, along with large windows for enjoying the view. The en suite bathroom features an updated granite vanity and huge walk-in shower with glass doors.
Next door is the guest bedroom, equipped with a queen-size bed on a dark wooden frame. The 4K Ultra 40” TV here is wall-mounted, and the adjoining 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo and single vanity.
The complex also has a refreshing pool available for guest use! Grab a towel and hop right in.
