About Jen Christensen
My husband and I have lived in small town Utah for 17 years now. Both having grown up in the city, Provo is chance to visit the city life. We are big BYU fans and wanted to make some memories with our 6 kids while attending events in Provo. We use the town home too (once in awhile), so please treat it as your own! :)
Jen Christensen purchased this Condo in 2016
Why Jen Christensen chose Joaquin
My husband and I bought this home to share with family and friends to visit BYU, city life and something unique. It really is in a perfect location to visit sites in Provo (downtown, BYU, the mountains, temple etc). We love the fact that SO much is accessible by walking. Adults and kids can feel safe in this neighborhood. If you love trying different and funky restaurants this is your place.

Perfect place to stay
This was absolutely the perfect place for us to stay while visiting our adult children in Provo. The entire townhouse was extremely clean and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking meals together and then heading down to the basement to watch movies on the big screen TV. I will note that this is the only TV in the house though, so keep that in mind if you intend to use the "4th bedroom" which was the basement with a sleeper sofa for guests that do not want everyone in their room to watch TV.. The owners were responsive to any needs we had. We would definitely stay here again.
It is centrally locates and a very nice, clean property. The kitchen is well stocked. Lots of room
For our family to spread out. We would love to stay here again but the owner needs to fix the dryer and fireplace.
We loved our stay. What a nice location and house. All the amenities.
Location, location, Location
check-in was seamless communication was terrific house was clean also loved having access to two car garage
Another wonderful week
This was our second stay at the Downtown Provo Cottage, and we hope to return again and again. Everything was clean and beautiful, and very well furnished. The location is perfect, very convenient to downtown Provo and close to BYU campus. Thank you for everything!
We have stayed in several rentals through Vrbo and Airbnb and this was probably my favorite! It was very clean and had everything we needed! It’s in an excellent location. We were a 10 minute walk to the temple and a 5-10 min drive to The Marriott Center on BYU’s campus. The garage was nice to park in because it was very hot outside during our stay. There was plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!!
In this neighborhood you can park your car in the garage (rare for Provo) or on the street and forget it. Super safe. Pretty much walk EVERYWHERE. Visit many restaurants (see our Welcome Book for an entire listing by variety), see some historic sites, work out at the Provo Rec Center then take a swim!! Don't forget to get some tickets to BYU Sports or Arts-they are all fantastic!!
