Experience one of Denver’s most vibrant neighborhoods, by staying in a piece of it’s architectural history. Completely remodeled with design and comfort in mind.. This historic 1895 Victorian home is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath, with backyard, outdoor seating and gas fire pit. A wonderful gathering place for BBQ’s and chilling with a glass of wine. It's perfect for maximum of 5 adults, or 4 adults and 2 children. The upstairs Master bedroom has a king sized bed, 55” HD Smart TV and an attached on suite bathroom. The 2nd upstairs bedroom has a Full sized bunk bed combo with twin bed and twin trundle. This room doubles as a second living room for the kids to hang out and watch movies. This room has a 50” HD Smart TV, with bean bag chairs and it even has secret hideaway bonus room, no adults allowed. The downstairs guest bedroom has a king sized bed, with soft cotton sheets. The living room has seating for 6, with Flat Screen Smart TV, free WIFI & premium cable. The formal dining room seats 6 to 8 persons, with the addition of the table leaf. A wonderful gathering space for dinner or a movie, or both!

There is a very large kitchen with a 4 burner stove/oven, fridge/freezer with ice maker and full sized dishwasher. Plenty of counter space for cooking and a breakfast table that will seat 4. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware and all the kitchen gadgets you would need. A full sized laundry is located in the kitchen with a front load washer and dryer.

The best location in Denver! We are walking distance to not one but TWO of the hottest restaurant areas on 32nd street: Highlands Square and Lohi. Centrally located it’s Minutes to all the attractions! Downtown, Coors Field, Mile High Stadium, Museums, Aquarium, Elitch Garden Amusement Park, Breweries, LoDo, the Capital, too many places to mention.

We are currently working on projects related to Federal Grants management and Youth Sports development. Our work allow us the flexibility to travel around the world.

We have resided in Colorado previously and travel to Denver frequently to visit our friends, children and grandchildren. It soon became clear that moving to Denver would provide the opportunity to be closer to family and friends. One of our previous businesses was to stage luxury residences for sale. We understand the importance and value of design excellence and comfort.

We fell in love with the this charming home built in the late 1800. It is remarkably well built and preserves its architectural Victorian Style. It accommodates comfortably visits from our children and their children as well as friends and their families.The back yard is ample for outdoor activities to enjoy barbecues, games and gardening. We love the charm of the Lower Highland neighborhoods with the blend of historical and modern residential architectural styles.

What makes this house unique

This Victorian home is centrally located near downtown Denver with convenient freeway accessibility, close proximity to restaurants, recreational and sporting venues. This safe and kid-friendly neighborhood provides opportunities for biking and/or walking to parks. Our daughter and son-in-law live across the street, and can instantly trouble shoot or answer any questions if we are out of town.

A great place to stay

This was a great place to stay! It was very comfortable and we felt right at home. Beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. Our granddaughter loved the reading nook! We would definitely stay here again.

The best HomeAway stay ever!!!

The property was very clean. The owner’s close proximity was great. Dina was available if we had questions and provided prompt attention. The home was very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 3 and 5). The kitchen is stocked with everything you can imagine, enough for us to host my family for Christmas morning brunch. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a number of cute restaurants and bars in very close proximity. We’ve stayed in a number of homes over the years, this home raised the bar! We will definitely be back.

The house looked exactly like the pictures and was spotless. Great area close to downtown,.

We had a small issue with getting in touch with the property manager for the entrance code upon our arrival, so we couldn’t get inside the house. However after a call to Homeaway customer service they put me in touch with the property owner. We soon had the code, and Homeaway, the owner, and the property manager all called back to make sure everything was ok. After that small issue, we didn’t have any trouble. The house was spotless, beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of room for the 5 people in our group. The house is in a great, quiet neighborhood. It’s close to downtown, and easy to access the interstates if you want to get out of the city. Parking was never a problem. Overall, I was very happy we chose this house over a hotel, and would stay here again without hesitation.

Wonderful house with spacious rooms

Very nice and clean house with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. We were a family of four adults and two children who stayed four nights. Everybody enjoyed the house, except from some noise from the tenant downstairs (who we did not know of in advance). The house is close to the exciting Highlands area.

Beautiful house in great neighborhood

We loved staying here! The house is beautifully furnished and very clean. We had plenty of room for us, our two kids, and two friends who came with us. The kids' room is great and the little connected playroom was a fun find! Neighborhood is nice and quiet, walkable distance to great restaurants. Paging on the street was easy. Dina was very responsive to communication and provided a pack n play for our littlest. Would definitely stay again!
