I have lived in the Santa Barbara area since 1990. I believe it to be one of the most beautiful places in the USA. I enjoy the amazing climate, the proximity to the beach and mountains; along with the casual atmosphere.

I am the first owner in this small new enclave in downtown. I love this property because of the beautiful Andalusian architecture and attention to detail inside and out. I especially enjoy morning coffee on the rooftop garden or in the Public Market. It is a great place to entertain family and friends. We stroll State Street and attend shows.

The best benefit is the central location. You can walk everywhere. Amenities include: secure with underground parking, additional storage area, elevator and concierge services. The unit has top notch appliances and state of the art kitchen. Guest have access to rooftop garden and outdoor barbecue, clubhouse privileges for private parties. More Than Perfect!

I cannot say enough about how special my stay was at Catherine's brand new and special little escape right in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara. The location was impeccable and central to everything Santa Barbara.

Catherine's home had everything I needed for my extended stay including a fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances and beautiful linens and towels.

All the furnishings including the bed and bedding were so comfortable and tastefully appointed with high quality finishes.

There was a covered and private and gated parking spot available which made my day trips of exploring and trips to wine country easy and convenient.

Although the home was impeccable, the best part of the experience was the warm hospitality I received from Catherine. She went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was great. It was - and it will not be forgotten.
