This beautiful self-catering 5th-floor penthouse in the city centre, within a short walking distance to the marina & the adjacent famous Phinikoudes (palm tree) blue flag sandy beach, promenade & shopping streets. This flat has just been tastefully refurbished. It boasts a comfortable sitting/dining room with 6 dining chairs, 2 leather sofas, TV & DVD player,A/C& full wall-mirror. The modern, fully-fitted & equipped kitchen , fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave & coffee-maker. The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes, A/C , electric heaters, bathroom/shower over & WC. Sleeps 2-3 (2 adults in bedroom, 1 young child on folding single bed in sitting room).Fully equipped and supplied. The 2 verandas give panoramic sea views of bay & marina. The flat also includes a veranda table with two chairs, linen, towels & a free parking space. Ideal for a relaxing break, available all year, flexible dates. Very attractive rates if booked for more than 2 weeks.Double glazed patio doors/ windows,solar water heater and free wifi for internet connection.

Lovely well located appartment

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in September, it was our first visit to Cyprus and thouroughly enjoyed our stay.The appartment is only about 25minutes from the airport, and is within 10 minute walking distance to the Finikoudes beach- where you can hire sunbeds and umbrellas for 2.5 Euros- Stelios was the best!

There are lots of local ameneties nearby including a lovely bakery shop selling freshly baked bread. There are many bars and resturants nearby as well.

The appartment is well equipped and there was a well stocked cupboard of extra linens and towels as well as beach towels.There was also a well stocked fridge and kitchen with complmentary items such as milk, juice, jams, tea cofee,this was a very welcome surprise as it meant we didn;t have to go shopping for basic food supplies. there is also a washing machine which came in handy.

We have stayed in various rental accomodation before and this appartment really did feel like home , The owners were very helpful and even let us stay intil 5pm on our departure day as our flight was not until 8pm.

Overall I would recomend this to any couple that want a nice relaxing break with the comforts of home at your fingertips.Great flat, great location and great country. Will definately return.

Great apartment

Recently returned from larnaca and was very impressed with this apartment . It had everything you needed and washing machine was a welcome bonus. The owners were fantastic and very helpful during our stay . Had a really great time and will defintely return to this apartment in the future .Overall a wonderful holiday was had by us both . Would recommend hiring a car and a trip to the camel park is a must . Thanks for making us so welcome

Highly recommended

We stayed in this homely, clean and well-equipped apartment at the beginning of November. It is in a great location: less than ten minutes walk to the centre of Larnaca and Phinikoudes beach and promenade. There are numerous restaurants and bars nearby, as well as handy supermarkets and mini-markets for provisions.

It was very easy to collect the key and find the apartment. The owners made us feel truly welcome in Cyprus and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed which allowed us to enjoy a very relaxing and stress-free holiday, and gave us a feel for the real Cyprus and its wonderfully warm and friendly people.

We explored Larnarca by foot (the apartment is located very near the site of ancient Kition), walked the salt lake nature trail and took easy day-trips by public bus to Lefkosia and Lemesos that cost only 5 Euros each return.

We thoroughly enjoyed being able to really relax and recharge our batteries in this charming apartment. It was a treat to wake up with the sun streaming through the balcony doors with spectacular views of the blue Mediterranean.

The Hall Family in Larnaca

This is an extremely well appointed apartment, close by shops, buses, marina, beach and of course the City of Larnaca itself. We were impressed as well with the excellent bus service which is a short walk away from the accommodation.

The apartment is well stocked, exceptionally clean, welcoming and cosy. In fact although it was December, we didn't require any heating and it was a delight to open back the curtains and shutters in the morning with the sun shining in and have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the bay area.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity of staying at your very nice apartment. Highly recommended.

Martin's in Cyprus

This was our first experience with holiday-rentals and i was a bit worried about the whole situation cause we've planned the holiday with our little baby. But we worried for nothing as everything turned out just great. The taxi took us to the apartment in 10 minutes. The apartment is very cozy and we loved it from the first moment. The Larnaca beach is few minutes away ( 10 mins walk) which is great. The one of many things i liked in Cyprus are the people, they are so friendly and welcoming. I have only good things to say about the owner and his wife who made us feel like home. I would rate the apartment as excellent and the people as super nice. Thank you Pieris and Nadine for this pleasant experience and for making us feel great.
