Enjoy a penthouse panoramic view of Daytona Beach and vast stretches of the Atlantic Ocean each time you step out on the Sanibel 702 balcony. This is living! The Sanibel condominium complex is located on a small peninsula surrounded by the Atlantic on one side and the Halifax River on the other so morning and evening you can enjoy a spectacular sunrise or sunset display outside your window or off your balcony. Please note, there is a 1-week minimum stay.
Sanibel 702 is a three-bedroom/ three bathroom luxury air-conditioned condo that sleeps up to six comfortably. The warm and welcoming living room features beautiful cabinetry, a large flat-screen TV with cable, free Wi-Fi, and lots of comfortable furniture. A wall of sliding glass doors opens onto the balcony where the Atlantic Ocean stretches out before you. Imagine pulling up one of the balcony chairs and watching the sunrise each morning while you enjoy your first cup of coffee.
The open floor plan of the main living area flows from living room to dining area and onto the kitchen, allowing everyone in your group to feel part of the fun at all times. The large dining table seats eight and is conveniently located near the kitchen for easy service and clean up.
The kitchen includes a breakfast bar that’s ideal to use as a buffet or to provide extra seating when needed. Everything you need to prepare excellent meals and simple snacks for your family is included in the kitchen. All you add are your good recipes and food, which you can purchase at one of the nearby groceries.
The master bedroom is a true master retreat with comfortable king-sized bed, large flat-screen TV, and large closet. There’s private balcony access where you can slip out and listen to the waves crash ashore and watch the stars come out over the Atlantic.
The connected master ensuite includes a large walk-in shower, soaking tub and granite vanity with dual sinks that make getting ready each day a true pleasure.
The second bedroom includes a king-sized bed and its own TV that’s perfectly positioned for late-night watching. The third bedroom includes 2 twin beds. Any children you bring with you to Daytona Beach will love sleeping in this room that also has its own wall-mounted TV.
The second and third bedrooms each have their own nearby bathroom complete with shower/tub combination and granite vanities. Guests truly appreciate the convenience of having their own bathroom – no waiting for a turn in the shower.
Sanibel 702 also has its own laundry room with stacking washer and dryer so you can keep your family in clean clothes throughout your stay.
As much as you will love the living accommodates at Sanibel 702, you may love the condominium complex even more. It offers so many entertainment possibilities. There’s a swimming pool and hot tub with beachfront views, billiards, fitness center and down at the beach are golf cars, ATVs, and bikes to rent. Plus, if you want to jet ski, you can drive a short way south to Ponce Inlet and rent one. There are also many restaurants nearby with great seafood and live music to enjoy. Life is good at Sanibel 702. Book your stay early to secure your preferred dates.

Poorly maintained property. Air handler was not functioning upon arrival - so we had no heat during one of Florida's coldest weeks in a long time. Microwave door broken, and from previous reviews, it has been broken for several months and not repaired. The owner seemed very nice when he called but the rental agency, Vacation Rental Pros, was awful to deal with. Several maintenance tickets entered for needed repairs that went ignored. The air handler was temporarily fixed then broke again within 24 hours. We were without heat/air for 6 days of our 8 day trip. The door handle was corroded due to the salt air and was in dire need of replacementt - we became locked out of the unit at 8:00 at night with no other means of entrance and upon contacting the rental agency to report the issue the only solution was to wait 3 hours for a maintenance person to show up. Microwave door was broken and dangling open, upon trying to shut the door the glass from the door shattered all over the floor and we were responsible for cleaning the entire mess and dealing with the exposed broken glass still remaining in the door. Twice - two light bulbs popped and shattered upon turning the lights on. It is evident there is an electrical issue present in this condo that has been ignored - this is why the thermostat shorted out, several outlets were not functional, and the light fixtures were blowing bulbs repeatedly.
Please stay away from not only this property but any others that are managed by Vacation Rental Pros.

We appreciate your honest feedback, as this helps us improve for future guest stays. Since your departure, the unit's door lock has been replaced as well as the microwave. Once again, we appreciate you bringing all of these issues to our attention so that we are able to ensure they are handled in the most appropriate way.
The condo was spacious, clean, and had a great view. Loved that it was a corner unit, giving you additional windows to see the beautiful sunsets. The only inconvience we had was there was suppose to be a key so we could get into the building from the garage. We called about the key and someone was suppose to call us back but they never did. Pool and hot tub were great. It was everything we hoped it would be for our vacation.
It was a very nice condo. It was perfect for six people.
The only complaints were: the key to the garage was not left in the house, it was over five minutes away, the blinds needed to be replaced, there was construction going on next door that started at 7:00 a.m, and the lock on the front door was hard at times to open. The view was great and it was a great location.
In need of maintenance.
Started before we checked in with call from maintenance about microwave handle broken and not being fixed for 4 days. Dresser drawer broken. Bathroom drain cover sitting on ledge. Problem getting pool door key. 1 elevator broken for 3 days. Parking garage door broken. Pool very sandy. Condo was just Ok. In need of maintenance!! By the way microwave handle never fixed!!
Great location-great condo - just a few issues
Loved the location and the condo was very nice !! Unit was very clean and had plenty of for our family of 6! There was construction outside our bedroom window -which is out of the owners control- parking was a problem - we had two spaces one of which was in the front lot - which is always full -- the dishwasher I the kitchen is not fully attached under the counter - it tilts out
Great Property - Poor Agent
The property was wonderful with one exception. The lock pad did not work well and was hard to access. The problems were with the agent for the property - Vacation Pros. The information sent concerning arrival was out of date. We drove 20-30 miles out of the way to secure keys that did not exist. Called the agent before published closing time and found no one available. After 25 minutes of trying to contact someone finally reached a lady who offered little help and cared less. It is a shame such a great property does not have a better agent.
