In the Carillon Beach private gated area where there is an internet cafe, coffee, yoga, meeting chapel, restaurants and shops. And only minutes from Rosemary, 30A, the Hub, Seaside and Pier Park!
Pinnacle Port has a serene lake-side gazebo for your morning meditation, a free boat launch, and a small marina w/several slips if you'd like to bring your own boat, jet ski, or fishing poles. Also available are kayak, paddle board and chair/umbrella rentals! And if your vacation is all about meditation and de-stressing, be sure to check out the paddle board yoga and aerial yoga classes nearby.
There are 2 swimming pools (one indoor/outdoor seasonally heated lap pool and one secluded outdoor), 4 tennis courts, 2 saunas, several outdoor grills, a large children's play area, basketball court, beach volleyball court, bocce ball, shuffle board, horseshoes, a library, card room, breakfast area, sunset room, fitness area, sundries and snack shop and 1 mile of beautiful unspoiled beaches to your west!!
The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath/laundry room just off the kitchen, downstairs.
The master bedroom offers a queen bed, large flat screen TV, and not one, but TWO sliding glass doors that open to the balcony which faces the Gulf of Mexico. Both doors are screened making it possible to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. (We just ask that you turn off the AC when the doors are open to ensure that the AC does not freeze up on you).
Our second bedroom looks out onto the serenity of Lake Powell and the private marina with two twin beds, a large flat screen TV and plenty of closet space. Altogether, the unit sleeps up to 6 people with our new queen-sized pullout couch!
There is a gorgeous view of the marina and lake from the living room, its balcony, and the twin bedroom, and a beautiful view of the beach, sunsets, and gulf of Mexico from the master bedroom and second balcony.
We also have a very fast and secure online WIFI connection. The log in information will be sent to you after booking and payment.
There is a Keurig-style coffee maker that takes both sized pods as well as ground coffee, and a full size regular coffee maker in unit for you to enjoy your morning coffee on one of the balconies.
No smoking in unit.
No pets allowed.
No parties or unregistered guests.
Lack of adherence to any of these rules will result in immediate eviction, loss of security deposit, and no refunds of any kind.
VERY IMPORTANT: We are one of the few properties that does not have a 7 night minimum (Saturday to Saturday). This allows guests who cannot afford, or who do not wish to stay for the entire week, the opportunity to enjoy our unit. However, in doing so...we cannot have large unrentable spaces in our calendar which would defeat the purpose of breaking up our weeks. We hope you understand that the exact dates that you wish to book may not always be available. Holidays and high season can be a 3-5 night minimum stay depending on week.
We do our best to alert you of any work going on in or around the complex that may affect your stay, however we are not responsible for it and unfortunately, cannot give refunds. We do want you to know that Pinnacle Port is an older complex so if you require a lot of outlets and/or lighting, this may not be the right property for you. If any of these things sound like they could be an inconvenience to you, including anything associated with an older complex (dated appearance, older air handlers, thinner walls, possible musty odors, etc...) please find a different complex to better fit your needs.
