My partner and I and two friends, another gay couple, just returned from a delightful stay here, which we all enjoyed thoroughly. First of all, the location is outstanding - less than a five-minute walk to a lovely bayside beach, as well as to Ptown's shops, restaurants and galleries. The condo itself, which includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a good-sized and very well-equipped kitchen, and large living and dining rooms, is quite charming and attractively furnished. We were able to host a sit-down dinner for six in style and comfort.
Perhaps the best feature is the beautiful private garden, with an outdoor grill, dining table, and separate seating area surrounded by incredibly lush, fragrant landscaping. We had breakfast out there every morning, as well as drinks and the occasional dinner in the evenings.
The only quibble, which is minor, especially in light of how nice everything about the place was, is that the bathrooms and one of the bedrooms are on the small side. (But the beds were very comfortable.) Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say about it, and I look forward to staying there again on future visits to Provincetown.
This place is even more lovely in person. Spacious, clean and very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are great. Large living and dining areas. The outdoor space was delightful & it's a quick walk to everything P Town has to offer. Earl was a fantastic host- we did not meet but he was in frequent contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Five stars!!!
Just spent 4 nights at lovely Casa Perla and can't say enough good things about it. It's even better than in the photos! Lovely, spacious apartment with all of the amenities. Very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of room to spread out. Large living and dining room. Walking distance to the ferry and everything that Commercial Street has to offer. The host, Earl, was always available via phone and he checked in on us periodically to see if we needed anything. Lovely outdoor space and grill as well.
Can't wait to return!
