About Kevin Felder
The villa is owned by Tom and Stephanie Dubrey. It has been in Tom's family since the 70's and he and his family have many memorable moments in Palmas. The family recently updated the home and they are eager to share the beauty of Palmas and have others enjoy the fun and relaxation of the community.
Kevin Felder purchased this Villa in 1978
Why Kevin Felder chose Humacao
There are limited 4 bedroom units in Palmas especially so close to the ocean. The villa is very cozy and has everything you will need for your vacation. We have had this unit in the family for decades and so enjoy the beauty of Palmas and Puerto Rico.
What makes this Villa unique
Having 4 bedrooms and a view of the beach is wonderful. It is also exciting to be near the golf course and see all the action and wildlife. Beach Village has a great pool that has tables, chairs, lounge chairs and a bathroom and shower. You are guaranteed to love it!

Place was amazing. Kevin was great!! I forgot some personal items so when I realized it I reach out and was able to return and pick them up.
The property is in kept in excellent condition and is very comfortable. Truly had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this villa to share with family and friends. Thanks.
This place is gorgeous.! Very clean is as pictured. Everything you could possibly need for beach and pool areas! The beach was rough and seaweed for miles on it. We went to a other beaches where it was much more calmer and blue waters. These are about a 45 minute drive to get to. This location was a bit out of the way but well worth it. Shopping and great restaurants just minutes away. You can’t go wrong here!
This place is absolute paradise. The entire Palmas area is amazing and the property we stayed in was amazing. Kevin and his wife have the rooms stocked with plenty of linen, beach towels, and chairs. This made our stay much more enjoyable as we did not have to purchase anything.
The room sits on the golf course with a stunning view and is about a five minute walk to the beach (the water was pretty rough so we drove to Luquillo which is much calmer).
If you need a good place to eat I HIGHLY recommend going to El Nuevo Horizonte. The view alone is worth sitting down for a drink but the food is also great!
We will most definitely be staying at one of Kevin’s properties again!
Great apartment and location!
Apartment is in excellent shape, very spacious, renewed and very equipped, especially the kitchen. The location is prime, very close to the beach and the swimming pool. BBQ needs to be replaced in my opinion but works ok, and the check out is too early, 10 am. Otherwise no complaints.
Beautiful. Kitchen awesome, very clean and we'll equipped.
Overall great place, location is great and quiet. Only complaint is some of the beach chairs were ripped and broken, but there were many of them to choose from so we made do....This was our first trip back to Palmas after 18 years.... revisited old memories and made new ones with the grandkids!!! Thanks again for opening your home to us!
Palmas del Mar is the largest gated community in the Caribbean. It has two 18 hole golf courses, a 3 mile beach, a plaza which houses stores including a small grocery store, a massage spa, a hair stylist and many restaurants. There are children's playgrounds, a skatepark, a duck pond and a marina that has boats and outings that are available. There are places to rent golf carts which are a great way to see the area. In Humacao there is a nature reserve that has Kayaks for rent and you travel in the mangroves. They also have bicycles that can be rented and trails to pedal along. In Humacao there is a Walmart, a Walgreens and a Marshall's so the shopping is similar to home. Less than an hour away is the El Yunque rainforest and in Fajardo is the bioluminescent bay. By El Yunque there are areas to travel on horseback, zipline, hang glide and even drive an ATV! Beaches nearby include Luquillo Beach which offers aquatic amenities and kiosks with food and shopping. For adventurers, the ferry goes to the islands of Vieques and Culebra. Many of the beaches on these islands rank in the top beaches in the world! There is so much to see on the island. A trip to Old San Juan can provide you with a taste of the history and culture of the island. There are two forts to walk through as well as the narrow cobble stone streets where you can shop, eat and drink the day away.
