1. Located in the BEST spot in Breckenridge: at the base of Peak 9 and one block to Main Street; easy walk to everything in the village.

2. Mountain Comfort high quality furniture, mattresses and linen, gas fireplace, tile countertops in the kitchen, washer/drier in the condo. Extra public washer/drier next to condo and usage is free. We provide detergents.

3. Fully-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and all the pots, pans, silverware, dishes and basic spices and oils for meal preparation for 8. We provide coffee, filters, dish washing liquid, dish washer cleaners, and extra kitchen linens and sponges.

4. Up-to-date electronics including a large TV in living room and in each bed room. xfinity HD TV, Wii gaming system: free wireless internet

5. Private deck off of the living room which overlooks Main Street.

Our family loves to ski! On our 4th trip to Colorado, we decided to invest in Main Street Station. Breckenridge has as much to offer in the summer as in the winter. Our hope is that you will enjoy our cozy home as much as we do.

Main Street Station is in the center of the village. Fun shopping and eateries are outside the front door and skiing is just outside the back door. Ski and snowboarding rentals are available in the downstairs lobby and your equipment is stored inside! Wake up to warmed ski boots! It is the perfect location for our family.

Beautiful place and great location. Lots of space for our family of 4. Great attention to details. The kitchen has everything you need. A little noisy sleeping with the windows open. We loved the big pool and many hot tubs.

Great Location

Our family of 4 from IL stayed here for four nights in the Summer. It was perfect after three days of hiking in RMNP. The in-condo laundry was one of the reasons we picked it, and the laundry was very helpful. The three full bathrooms were also a plus since we were all able to get ready quickly. We were able to keep the condo cool at night by having the fans running and windows open, but there is some street noise from Main St. The condo’s location on Main St made walking to dinner, shops, and crepes very easy; we barely used our car. We were able to mountain bike from the location and used the Charter rentals located in the same building to do the Vail Pass bike ride. Our family will definitely stay here again if we return to Breckenridge.

Wonderful !

The property is great! Very well stocked. Many more amenities than we expected. The owners truly take care of you. No details are too small! Checking in and out is a breeze. Parking provided on site. Across the street from the condo is Breckenridge Brewery!

This will be our #1 choice for future Breckenridge trips.

Fantastic location in Breckenridge

Right on Main Street - walking distance to so much and if you don't want to walk, you can take the free bus/trolley. Condo is very well appointed and our party of 6 adults had plenty of space. Fans helped cool the unit down since it wasn't air conditioned. The only drawback is the noise from traffic on Main Street - but what else would you expect - IT'S MAIN STREET. We had no problem adjusting to the noise and the fans provided some "white noise" that helped tune it out.

We love Breckenridge as our home base on summer trips. So much to do and see within a reasonable driving distance. The property owners obviously take a great deal of pride in their condo and it shows.

Thanks for a wonderful Rocky Mountain vacation!!

Beyond expectations

My husband and two teenage boys stayed here to get out of the Texas heat; this place was amazing! With 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen it was beyond our expectations. The rooms were comfortable. The location is right by the stops for all the free public transportation, very little need for a car once you're there. The room temperature was a little warm but we opened the windows and enjoyed the cool night air.
