2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 6
With 2 en-suite master bedrooms, each with its own Jacuzzi and king-size bed, Double D’s Ranch is a luxurious retreat for 2 couples vacationing together. Of course, it has plenty to offer a family as well, including proximity to Dollywood, Smoky Mountain Deer Farm Exotic Petting Zoo, and Parrot Mountain and Gardens.
Located in The Oaks neighborhood of Sevierville, Double D’s Ranch is surrounded by towering trees. You can admire the woodland views from the covered front porch and from the screened-in back deck, both of which span the width of the one-floor cabin. Kick back on the rocking chairs with your morning coffee or juice as wrens and warblers greet the day; enjoy dinner at the rear deck’s dining area, with the breeze rustling through the trees as background music; laze in the hot tub in the moonlight. The rear deck even has a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV, making it an inviting hangout spot year-round.
The great room is just as welcoming. The wood-planked walls, floor, and vaulted ceiling envelop you in rustic charm, while artisanal furnishings and decor—including a tree in the middle of the room that stretches from floor to ceiling—add dashes of luxury. Sprawl out on the leather sofa and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV, courtesy of the upgraded cable package. Surf the web via the free high-speed WiFi or enjoy a chat at the cedar-and-pine bar. Sit down for a meal at the log-style dining table, located beside the stone-surround gas fireplace. Or shoot some pool at the gorgeous carved cedar billiard table. Double D’s Ranch really is one of a kind.
The kitchen is open to the great room, so you can join in on the conversation or watch TV even as you prepare a gourmet feast—or whip up a batch of margaritas to take out to the deck. The stainless-steel appliances and bevy of cookware, tableware, and gadgets make cooking a pleasure, and the dishwasher makes cleanup a cinch. And speaking of timesaving conveniences, Double D’s Ranch has its own washer and dryer. Here’s a chance to return home from vacation with a suitcase full of clean clothes for a change!
The 2 bedrooms are easy as deluxe as the great room that separates them, allowing maximum privacy. Each bedroom boasts a sumptuous king-size bed, a flat-panel TV, a private bathroom, and a Jacuzzi. Each bedroom opens onto the rear deck as well. Savor a nightcap under the stars, then head inside for a languorous soak in the jetted tub—how’s that for romantic? If you have additional guests, they can sleep in the great room: The sofa opens into a queen-size bed.
Double D’s Ranch is such a relaxing retreat, you might want to spend most of your time lazing in the hot tub, playing cards by the warm glow of the fireplace, and sitting on the deck rockers as the breeze whispers through the sun-dappled trees. But then you’d be missing out on all the attractions just beyond your door. Smoky Mountain Deer Farm Exotic Petting Zoo and Riding Stables, for instance, is only a mile away. In less than 20 minutes you can drive to Dollywood or Parrot Mountain and Gardens. Just a few minutes more and you’re at the Pigeon Forge Parkway, home to a huge outlet mall, the Titanic Museum, WonderWorks, dinner theaters, and more. And let’s not forget the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, a true must-visit, which you can explore on foot, by bike, on horseback, or by car.
Whether you want to be on the go or take things easy, you’ll love the 5-star comfort and ease of Double D’s Ranch. Book your stay today; you definitely don’t want to miss out on the getaway of a lifetime!

My family loves the place. There were a couple issues we didn’t like, the floors could of been cleaned better they were dirty especially for having kids run around on them and their could of been bigger frying pans to cook in also
Thank you Jennifer for staying with us and for taking the time to review. We are working with housekeeping on the floors. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.
Wasn't terrible, wasn't great.
Pros: back deck is screened so you do not have to worry about bugs, everything was very clean when we arrived, the wifi works, the TVs are smart TVs so you can use your Netflix subscription if you have one.
Cons: the hot tub on the deck was not functional, the power would not work on the back deck (lights, fans, etc.), the unit seems kind of outdated and doesn't look as nice as the pictures make it seem, and we personally thought the beds were uncomfortable.
Overall, the unit was just alright. If you're just looking for somewhere to sleep at night this is place is fine, but if you're looking for a nicer place I would skip over this one.
Thank you Kendall for taking the time to review our property. Your comments are appreciated and will help us improve upon our guests experience.
Nice and clean cabin
The cabin was nice. Beds are uncomfortable but I don't like firm mattresses. Hot tub didn't work and smelled like a bait bucket. The hot tub never got fixed on our stay. That was very disappointing. One of the reasons we like to rent a cabin instead of staying at a hotel is to have a hot tub. Need to provide more towels, wash clothes, blankets and pillows. Also would be nice if a sweeper was provided. Had to use the broom to sweep rugs. Hard to get ahold of anyone for your needs!! Had to call and leave messages before anyone called back. Toaster and back porch tv didn't work.
Thank you for taking the time to review Double D’s. our input, as well as all our guest feedback is vitally important as we want all guests expectations to be met upon arrival. We sincerely apologies that we fell short of your expectations. We do have a 24/7 on call service department that can be called anytime day or night to help with guests needs. We appreciate your suggestions as they allow us to continue to improve upon our customer service. Again, thank you for sharing and we look forward to having you stay with us on your next trip to the Smokies, giving us the opportunity to exceed all expectations.
Clean and comfortable
This is a great, spacious cabin away from the hustle and bustle but still close to everything. We truly enjoyed every second.
Thank you for staying with us. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.
HORRIBLE Customer Service
I will never rent from this rental company again. I had three questions regarding the rental agreement and it took them 8 days to answer the questions (8 DAYS!!). In the meantime, they kept sending me emails and calling me to get me to sign the agreement. I work for a law firm and I would never sign anything without having my questions answered. In addition, we arrived very late on Friday night and the lock code was incorrect. We had to get not just a second, but a third code in order to get into our cabin.
The cabin itself was okay. It was nice that there were two master suites but the kitchen was scarcely (not sufficiently) stocked and the ice maker nor the toaster worked - a fact we did not find out until Sunday morning because we did not spend much time at the cabin.
The pros of the cabin do not outweigh the cons of the poor customer service from the rental company.
Felicia, thank you for staying with us and for sharing your review. Your input, as well as all our guest feedback is vitally important as we want all guests expectations to be met upon arrival. We sincerely apologies that we fell short of your expectations and you encounter some issues during your stay. We assure you that the issue with poor customer service has been addressed internally. We are sorry you had issue with the keyless entry. We take great stride to insure this doesn’t happen but, unfortunately computer propagating of codes sometimes fails. Your suggestions about the kitchen are noted. Again, we apologies for not meeting your expectation and assure you this is not a normal practice. Thank you for sharing and we look forward to having you stay with us on your next trip to the Smokies, giving us the opportunity to exceed all expectations.
If you see a bad review for this cabin, DO NOT listen. Besides the code not working when we got there, which was fixed within 5 minutes, everything was great. Cabin was clean. Cable TVs in each room. Clean. Hot tub worked. Within 20 minutes to Dollywood and The Island. There is even a petting zoo right up the hill in walking distance. There is a Wal Mart about 5 minutes away. Really worth it.
Thank you for staying with us Scott. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.
