Incredible location! location! location! ZOOM in on the map to see for yourself. One of the few units in town with a door to both Park Avenue and Woodside Avenue!!! This gives you historic Main Street out of the front door and ski into the back door ((practically (from QUIT'N TIME)).

2 incredibly convenient parking spots. One covered spot in front (a perfect main street parking spot) and one in back making unpacking amazingly easy.

Vaulted ceilings and all the comforts you require! Relax and enjoy yourselves in this cozy/fully furnished home. Each bedroom comes with cable TV and a very comfortable Queen-size pillow top bed with high end comfy sheets. The living room has a fantastic leather pull-out sofa along with a HD flat screen.

Ski lockers available for your security and convenience.

Walk out the front door to one of Park City's many wonderful nationally rated restaurants or stay home and cook in the fully furnished kitchen.

Our condo is literally steps away from Main Street and the Park City Town Lift, so a car is not really necessary. You should be on the lift within 5 minutes of walking out the front door. If it takes you 6 minutes your just dilly dallying.

Be on main street within a 2 minute walk, it would take you 5 minutes if you stopped for coffee. Don't want to walk Main? Then take the free trolley up and down the famous street for shopping and nightlife. Access to everything Park city has to offer by using the free city bus (main bus station within 3 minute walk) to Olympic ski jump/bobsled park, Kimball Junction, Tanger Outlet Mall or even Deer Valley.

Kick back and enjoy a book, play games, use our high speed internet, listen to some music, watch television (we have a vhs/dvd player as well), or just watch the snow fall over the town.

It is our pleasure to make your stay a comfortable and informed one. Our goal is to provide the type of service often stated, but rarely delivered these days. NOTE: Please be advised that the condo has two flights of stairs to negotiate in the front of the building to the covered parking garage and a total of five stairs to negotiate at the rear entryway, so it may not be suitable for individuals with mobility problems, the elderly, or small children.

My daughter and I love Park City and we enjoy sharing our place with others. For those new to Park city, we believe you will fall in love with Park City like we have. For those returning to Park City you know what we are talking about, and you will realize what a fantastic location this is.

We are based out of Phoenix and visit Park City often.

We can't think of a better location in town! You will have the best of all worlds! Not only are you close to the snow action (practically ski to back door), but also main street action (steps away). This unit is the perfect distance from Main street that is still QUIET, RELAXING & COZY place that you can call home (even if its temporary).

What makes this condo unique

We enjoy the ability to ski in/ski out via the Town Lift and within minutes walk to all the incredible restaurants, galleries, museums and music venues.

There is also a small futon in the loft upstairs, but not suitable for adults. (Children love the private space.) Smart TV's in each bedroom and living room.

Comfy and close to all the downtown action

Loved the property. If you like Main Street, Park City and need a close place but still far enough away to be in a quiet area. This is it. Also, close enough to walk to the lifts. Nice rooms beds and has all you need in the place including great art.

Cozy; 1 block to Main Street and Town Lift; practically ski in-ski out

We had a wonderful stay at this condo over Spring Break! It's a 1-1/2 block walk from the front door to the town lift, or 1 block walk out the back door down to the slopes! The condo is small but very clean and cozy. We loved the comfortable beds and soft sheets. Unlike many places we've rented through VRBO, this unit is supplied with all the basics upon arrival (TP, paper towels, spices, condiments, trash bags, soap, shampoo, etc.). We had groceries delivered using STORE-2-DOOR and all our ski equipment delivered by SKI BUTLERS to make things super stress-free! Owner was very quick to respond to any questions. Note: Loft ladder is very steep so would not recommend for kids who get up in the middle of the night. We plan to stay here again on our next visit!

I would definitely stay here again. This is exactly what we were looking for; easy access to town, nice, clean and comfortable. Michael was a great host and made everything super easy for us upon arrival and throughout. Can't wait for the next trip.

Couldn't have asked for a better home during the Sundance Film Festival. Two beautiful bedrooms and fun little loft within a snowball's throw of main street. Couldn't recommend more.

Park City Christmas

The condo is in an incredible location! Close to all the amazing shops, restaurants, and the bus that takes you to Park City Mountain Resort. Owner was very responsive to all questions we had, before and during our trip. Yes there are a lot of stairs, which we knew ahead of time, but condo is comfortable and furnished nicely. The only suggestions I have would be for some type of clothes storage in the 2nd bedroom (no dresser, only a very small space for hanging clothes in the closet). We literally had to live out of our suitcases and climb over them on the floor. The other suggestion would be to replace the carpet around both toilets with tile! Would definitely recommend this condo for anyone wanting a great Park City experience, close to all the action!

Outstanding location!

Perfect location!! Close to the Town Lift, transportation, great food, but also a very comfortable "home away from home." Easy instructions to get in/out, all the amenities to cook in and not eat out all the time, and Michael was very easy to work with. Definitely would recommend to my family and friends.
