Feedback from guests is very important to me as it helps me provide a better experience for future guests and to correct any issues that might arise during guests stays. That is why in the Welcome Packet that I send out as well as during check in guests are specifically asked to bring up any issues they find as soon as they find them. My phone number as well as the management office phone number is provided and is also posted in the unit. I completely understand that finding any type of stain on any of the linens is an issue and should not happen. Clearly, as that was the only thing you mentioned in the review, it did affect your impression of the unit and your experience as a guest. I regret that and would like to eliminate any such incidents happening in the future. That said, communication is a two way street and human beings can and do make mistakes. The cleaning people I employ work very hard and strive for perfection. It is unfair to not allow them a chance to correct a mistake they might have make inadvertently. Had you contacted me immediately upon finding the stain we would have had the linens changed out immediately, even if it meant I had to drive out to the unit in the middle of the night. I am always available to my guests. Finding out about a correctable issue weeks after does not allow me a way to correct the issue or to explain the issue to the cleaning personnel. I don't know what kind of stain it is or how large or visible it was. At this point all I can provide to housekeeping is hearsay. Guests and their experience at my rentals are extremely important to me, but it is the people who maintain and clean the units that make all of that possible. I respect their labor, take their opinion seriously and want to ensure that any criticism of their work is substantiated and evaluated fairly. If you took any pictures of the soiled linens I would appreciate you emailing them to me.

Owner helpful and prompt with feedback. Location great with easy check in and out process. The only issue was one lamp in living room not working and a few kitchen cabinets need new door handles because they kept falling off. We enjoyed pools, lazy river, welcome package helpful and would visit again.
Great space for families with plenty of bedrooms, bathroom and seating for everyone. The lazy river and pool area are great for kids and easy to access. The one thing I’d recommend is to bring your own pillows and plenty of beach towels and you’ll have a great time.

We enjoyed this unit on the Bay side. My kids loved the lazy river and pools. We loved the sunrise, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen and nice owner. Only negative is traffic to turn into development and noisy neighbors above us. But overall, great for a family!
