About Vacasa of Montana
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers. Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team. Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Clean and well kept place. It is advised to keep noise down, as this is a townhome and has a common wall, but it suited our needs very well.
Just outside of town and easy to get to. Listing was accurate and place was really nice
We loved our stay in Montana. There was 4 adults and two babies and everything was perfect!
Great place for our family getaway
Everything we needed was there. Easy check in and out. Nice cabin in the pines, close to Whitefish Lake. We visited Glacier National Park and it was perfect for our stay. The house is a bit outdated, but very clean and comfortable. This home is 3 levels, with 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor, on bedroom on the main (2nd)) floor, and laundry on the lower (1st) floor. Stairs could be a bit much for some, but not an issue for 4 adults and 2 children. Would definitely stay again.
Beautiful home in a convenient location
Our family spent 3 days here in July, 2018. This is a beautiful home with convenient access to Whitefish Lake and is fairly easy drive to Glacier National Park.
The home is clean and well maintained. There is even a central A/C unit. All appliances work. My only compliant would be that 4 out of 5 people in our party that got in the hot tub ended up with an allergic rash, so I suspect the chemicals were a bit oversaturated (none of the people who stayed out of the hot tub got a rash). The rash faded in a few days, so it wasn't a big deal and certainly didn't alter any of our plans. The hot tub thing can certainly be remedied very easily.
Overall, I would highly recommend this property and would look for it again if we are back in Whitefish!
We are sorry to read this. Due to other factors, the hot tub has been removed as an amenity.
Beds in the 2 guest rooms were not very good...
Appreciated the great service we received from Home Away - very good on notifying us on everything we needed to know but would probably not stay at this property again.
We are glad to hear this guest was happy with the service they received during their stay! We also appreciate their feedback regarding the beds in the home and have notified our local property manager about their suggestion. Thank you!
