Welcome to 708 the Oceans, our oceanfront non-smoking remodeled condo. The sounds of the ocean whisper just beyond the oceanfront sliding glass door.Some secrets of the sea are beyond explanation.The complex is 'L' shaped and our condo is in the corner of the 'L',this wall helps amplify the ocean sounds and protect you from the hot sun & cold northeast winds.All of the condos at 'The Oceans' are direct oceanfront units.

Our non-smoking condominium is a family owned second home that we hope our guest will enjoy.We are not a rental agent or a property management company.We want you to have a great time on your visit to the beach.We will be glad to help with your questions.The photos and descriptions here are of our condominium and not a model home.This is your vacation,please take the time to ask questions and make sure you spend your money wisely.Our goal is to help you have an enjoyable vacation and become a repeat guest.If you require more space we have a small comfortable cottage on the mainland at Sunset Beach,NC.

The property is 'THE LARGEST {850 SQ. FT.}', one-bedroom, one-and-one-half bath,direct oceanfront condominium on the beach,THE EXTRA '1/2 BATH / DRESSING ROOM' IS A BIG DEAL WHEN GETTING READY TO GO OUT ON THE TOWN.THE NEW KING SIZE BED WELCOMES YOU BACK HOME WHEN YOU ARE READY FOR A COZY REST. Located at 2500 North Ocean Boulevard our condo provides a spectacular ocean/pool view from the spacious seventh floor balcony. It is fully furnished and has a well-equipped kitchen. Jan 2014 the kitchen was updated with new appliances, flooring and granite countertops. The bath and a half has new granite countertops and the entire condo has been freshly painted. If space and comfort are key factors for your choice in vacation condos, we feel ours is one of the best.

Unit 708 at'THE OCEANS' is located in a building with security entry, two elevators, and a laundry facility. The first three levels are covered parking decks.....one of my favorite details of the complex.The covered parking decks help protect you and your car from the elements. The direct oceanfront pool is located on the fourth floor and has a large deck area with plenty of seating. There is a air-conditioned pool-side lounge with cable tv,books for loan and restrooms for your convenience.

It is located one block from Main Street shopping and restaurants.

Our property is managed by: 'Thomas Beach Vacations' .There is a nearby office for key pick up and registration.Their staff are available should you have any questions or require additional services.The reservation specialist at the Thomas office will handle the financial transaction for you via credit card after we get a confirmation number for you.We rent to families and responsible adults only.

WE BOUGHT OUR CONDO AT 'THE OCEANS' BECAUSE A FRIEND OF OURS TOLD US TO BUY A OCEANFRONT CONDO MADE OF CONCRETE AND STEEL AND GET AS CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING AS POSSIBLE....AND THAT IS WHAT WE DID.

What makes this condo unique

THE OCEANFRONT VIEW IS GREAT AND THE UNITS AT THE OCEANS WERE BUILT BACK IN THE 80'S WHEN THEY BUILT THEM LARGE.THE SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS ARE JUST ACROSS AND DOWN THE STREET AND ALL THE BEACH ACTION IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR COMPLEX.MY FAVORITE IS THE PARKING DECK...ALWAYS PLENTY OF SPACES AND COVERED FROM THE SUN AND RAIN.
