We are located in West Yellowstone, Gallatin County, Montana. Our townhouse is just 7 blocks from the West entrance to Yellowstone National Park, 1 block from snowmobiling trails, and 5 blocks from the Rendezvous Cross-Country Ski Trails. This well maintained & spacious townhouse awaits your family or group.

Situated on a quiet residential street, just outside the town center, you are within walking distance to the restaurants, shops and activities that West Yellowstone has to offer. The off-street parking is ideal for snowmobiles or boats.

Our townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8), 2 ½ baths and laundry area. With over 1600 sq. ft. you’ll find plenty of room for your family vacation, reunion or guys getaway.

Main Level:

Kitchen: Our eat-in kitchen is the perfect place to prepare a meal to start your day, and offers plenty of natural light. With ample counter space, and all the conveniences of home, satisfying your groups hunger will be a piece of cake.

Living Room: At the end of the day you’ll enjoy relaxing in the living room. Watch the snow fall as you sit by the fire on those chilly nights, or grab a snack and catch a ballgame on our Direct TV

The sliding glass doors off the living room offer a view of the common area. The kids can play, while you relax on the deck and observe blue skies and spectacular sunsets. Throw a few steaks on the outdoor grill, grab a seat at the picnic table, and enjoy a great meal.

Half Bath: The convenient half bath is great for guest and quick wash ups.

Upper Level:

Master Bedroom: The master suite welcomes you into its warm and relaxing décor with a queen size bed and attractive bedding. An abundance of closet and drawer space will provide guests with more than enough room to tuck away their belongings. An iron, iron board, hair dryer and scale round out the amenities that can be found in the master bedroom.

The sliding glass doors in the master bedroom open to the upstairs balcony, where you can welcome the day with a cup of coffee and morning paper.

Second Bedroom: The feeling of home continues into the second bedroom. A queen size bed with eye catching bedding beckons a comfortable nights rest. The large window brings the outdoors in and offers a view of the mountains. As with the master bedroom, you will find plenty of closet and drawer space for all your belongings.

Master Bathroom: A full bath on the upper level has a tub/shower combination, and is decorated in a playful mallard duck motif. Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided, additional linens can be found in the hall closet.

Lower Level:

Bedroom: Charming is the only way to described this lower level bedroom, queen size bed and dresser. All bedrooms has its own thermostat for optimum comfort.

Laundry Room: The laundry area with full size washer and dryer will make quick work of getting clothes clean. With like new appliances in a clean and bright alcove, this is one chore you won’t mind.

Bathroom: No need to take a number. A full bath with walk-in shower can be found on the lower level for the convenience and privacy of those guests sleeping on the lower level. Again, all linens are provided.

Clean and comfortable, easy acces to the park

We enjoyed our stay! It was nice to have a clean, quite place to come back to each evening. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meal prep. I was pleasantly surprised by a phone call from the owner who was just checking in to make sure we had made it there and were comfortable!

Great Place, Great Location

Could not have asked for a better place to stay. When my two sons and I decided to go to Yellowstone we knew having three grown men in a motel room would be too crowded, so I started to look for a house. This location is perfect for a family. The owners have thought of everything. Night lights in bathrooms, gas fireplace, large screen TV upstairs and down. Fully stocked kitchen. The town home is on a quite street at the edge of town but still within walking distance of shops and dining. The home is clean and well maintained.

Beautiful, roomy, and very comfortable house. Four comfortable bedrooms with two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Large living room area and large kitchen. One of the bedrooms is really a nice large open area in the basement with a large bunk bed. We were so comfortable, we had trouble getting out in the morning to go to the national parks. The owners were very nice and very helpful with our detail questions and needs. We would certainly stay here again and recommend it to our friends

Great place to stay. Very close to park. Nice comfortable beds. Good kitchen appliances that enables us to cook breakfast every day. Owner called to make sure we had the code and that all was fine. Showers had good stream of water. I would stay here again.

Great location, comfortable place to stay

Overall, we had a great visit here. The townhouse was comfortable and worked well for our family. The pricing increase seemed a little unreasonable- there wasn't really any extra clean-up having 5 people instead of 4 (price goes up after 4 people even though it holds 8) and the paperwork was something we haven't had with other rentals. The wireless internet also didn't work, but we were able to get a signal from the complex as a whole so it wasn't a big deal. The owner was very prompt with communication, which we greatly appreciated (if the code doesn't work when you arrive just give him a call and they will address right away). The location can't be beat if you are going to spend time in Yellowstone. We were there Mon-Fri and absolutely loved it. This is a really special national park and we were glad to get this spot to rent over the 4th of July. Parking was easy (right in front), beds were comfortable. No air conditioning but you probably don't need it most of the time.
