Wonderful cabin stay!
I recently stayed here with 3 friends. The cabin had lots of space and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views are gorgeous and we were greeted by nearby deer each morning! The cabin was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery as well as convenient to numerous outdoor activities including Yellowstone. We will hopefully be back soon!
We absolutely loved our stay! The house is situated on a gem of property that we could have happily spent a month sitting and taking in. It is on a canyon/creek and overlooks the Ennis plains and the Rockies (and Sphinx Mountain). One unexpected treat was the kitchen. It was fully stocked with good knives, pots and pans, everything down to a crockpot and a lime zester. If you like to cook and are wanting to hunker down and enjoy a peaceful vacation with the amenities of your own home, this is it!
The only drawback was the upstairs bedroom door is hard to open/close and has a gap when closed which takes a small bit of privacy away if you have anyone is staying in the loft. Aside from that, it was perfection.
We hope to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!
Amazing views. Quiet, private, and clean. We had a great time.
We had a wonderful time cooking dinner in the perfectly functional kitchen every night and drinking wine on the deck while enjoying views of majestic mountains and antelope right in front of us.
This is a great place. We loved the little details and the common spaces. We had 6 in our group. Two chose to sleep on the floor as they felt the bunks were a little claustrophobic. The fireplace is amazing, and they stock it with wood. However, after we built a fire, we found out we were not supposed too. Oops! Check on this before you book. We would not have rented it had we known this. It is very close to Varney bridge if you are staying low on the Madison this is a great location.
Beautiful and cozy cabin!
This is a perfect home close to Ennis, Montana. My husband and I loved staying here while we were on our honeymoon. It has beautiful views and is very closing to fishing access. We will definitely stay at this cabin every trip we go on to Montana! It is truly beautiful!
Great Location and Great House
We enjoyed the view and the wonderful opportunity to cook some great meals in a nice kitchen. Thanks for accommodating our request for a charcoal grill. We felt like help was just a phone call away even though we did not need it!
Home is located 23 miles from historic Virginia City (or 14 miles using jeep trail through public land), 70 miles from Yellowstone National Park, 65 miles from Bozeman airport.
