This cozy condo is close to the beach (just out the door), public transport, beach bar, gas station/convenience store, restaurants, movies & post office. You’ll love the convenient access to the beach, nice hot tub/saline pool area, privacy, quietness, full-size kitchen & comfortable, open-concept living/dining/kitchen. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Two full beds and a queen sofa bed. Enjoy partial view of ocean from the balcony.
Even though this particular unit doesn't have a view except when you're on the balcony, the access to the beach is still PRIMO, and that is golden when you're staying here. It makes it so much easier to go back and forth if you need more sunscreen, a restroom break, a quick snack or just want to get out of the sun for a bit. Also, being an end unit, it is significantly larger than the other units in the building.
You will have access to condo 314, plus common areas: coin-operated laundry rooms (one on the 1st floor, one on the 3rd floor), patio area with swimming pool and hot tub, one parking space (not assigned, use any available spot), lawn in back, fish-cleaning station and stairs/path to beach.
The main thing that's great about this building is that it's right ON the beach. Not a block away. Not a "short walk" away. Not even across the street. You walk right out the back door and down a few stairs and your toes are IN THE SAND. Priceless.
The convenience store one block away has hot breakfast and lunch to-go foods for cheap. Lots of coffee and other beverages too, as well as necessities you may have forgotten.
During especially busy times here, the building usually has a security guard on duty.
