Professionally decorated with a contemporary coastal design flair, Sea Dreamer includes a 6 passenger street legal golf cart, gas grill, 4 bikes, 4 beach chairs,

4 beach towels, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, a pack n play, and games for both outdoor and indoor use. Sea Dreamer has 3 screened in porches. Wi-Fi, Netflix’s, Amazon Prime, 6 TV’s.

We pride ourselves on personal service, guest satisfaction, and care of property.

30A is a beautuful, scenic, truly unique 19 mile stretch of paradise (with bike path) that runs parallel to the beach and is comprised of many communities. Amazing white sand, rare coastal dune lakes, Grayton Beach Park, excellent restaurants, spectacular homes, and good old southern hospitality!

You will immediately see and feel the luxury as you enter the front screened porch with comfortable seating. Near foyer is a first floor bedroom with king bed, private bath, tile and glass enclosed shower, television.

The open floor plan - dining, living, and kitchen areas are spacious and perfect for the entire family. Plenty of seating for the family at the dining table and kitchen bar. Kitchen is fully equipped, including a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, and a half bath is nearby. The screened back porch has plenty of seating and all windows include upgraded wood shutters for your convenience.

Upstairs you will discover a landing area with television, small sofa, and trundle bed that includes 2 twins. The large king master suite is located on the backside of home and it has access to a private screened porch, large bathroom with separate shower, tub, and vanities. The additional 2 bedrooms upstairs include one with 2 twin beds and one with a queen sized bed. Queen bedroom has direct access to bathroom. The full bath upstairs is shared by these 2 rooms and the landing area. All bedrooms and landing area have flat screen televisions. Echo voice activated audio command system for living room television, living room lights, and kitchen lights. Immaculate and spacious, this is a beautiful, well maintained home.

The NatureWalk Beach Shuttle runs seasonally 9am - 4pm.

Naturewalk at Seagrove :

A newer 150 acre community nestled between Point Washington State Forest and Watercolor. An ideal location, pedestrian friendly area, very close to Publix grocery store, Watercolor Crossings Shopping center, restaurants. Famous Seaside is only 1.5 miles to the west which has many eateries, events, and the REP Theatre.

Naturewalk Amenities :

NatureWalk's ‘Gathering Place’ features a zero entry lagoon style pool, heated lap pool, hot tub, small kids splash pool, children’s playground, fire pit, 2 outdoor gas grills, self entertainment bar, hammocks, bathrooms, shaded seating with tables and chairs.

Beach Access :

Lily Lane beach trail (bikes/walking) is located across from the ‘Gathering Place’. This is a safe, wide, compacted trail that leads to San Juan Ave. San Juan Ave is a dead end street with a sidewalk that leads south to 30A. South San Juan beach access is directly across 30A, has limited parking. Bramble beach access is about 500 feet east and has a large parking lot with bathrooms. Just under a mile or 7 minute bike to public beach access.

The Sea Dreamer at Seagrove was absolutely beautiful and the finishes were outstanding. We greatly appreciated having the bikes and golf cart included with the rental. The place was beautiful, close to the beach and shopping. We enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning!

The home was absolutely beautiful and the photos don't do it justice. Would absolutely recommend!

This home was immaculate. I've been renting homes in the area for the past 10 years and I have never seen a home that was more comfortable. The owners of this home thought of everything to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. And David, the property manager, was wonderful to work with. I had several questions and he was always very quick to answer and give very helpful information. I would definitely recommend this property to a anyone looking for a home in this area.

Great Stay at Sea Dreamer

We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Dreamer property in NatureWalk. Everything was great.

The house was beautiful and the manager, David Smith, met us with some fruit upon our arrival and board games the owner provided in the event of inclement weather.

We had fun with the bikes nearly every day and the golf cart was very beneficial in running to the beach or grocery.

Would highly recommend Sea Dreamer.
