About Amy Lane

I manage two condos in Estes Park, a beautiful place to be.

Amy Lane purchased this condo in 2007

Why Amy Lane chose Front Range

This is a unique location and high-end condo. A rare combination of Urban convenience and quiet getaway.

What makes this condo unique

Our property is rare in that it's located in the heart of downtown. This gives guests the opportunity to walk to great shopping and restaurants, and have a short drive into Rocky Mountain National Park. Our second floor location faces the river, so even though we are in the heart of town, the unit is quiet and secluded feeling. High vaulted ceilings, wood flooring and modern furniture gives a warm and welcoming feel.

Guestbook comments from the manager

We have a actual guestbook in the unit and have received nothing but rave reviews. Most guests thought the location was ideal- right in the middle of downtown, close to the National Park, yet very quiet and relaxing.

Please come and stay and let me know what you think!

Was great!

We enjoyed ourselves. Very open and roomy. We'll equipped. Very bright with all the windows which was wonderful but makes it hard if you want to sleep in.

Perfect location for a perfect vacation

  • 5 of 5

We strongly recommend this condo. Located in the heart of downtown Estes Park, it puts you in the middle of everything. Condo is fantastic, Amy is incredibly helpful and you can't beat the views. 10/10 would stay again.

Great location, needs a little TLC

  • 4 of 5

We really enjoyed our Estes Park getaway weekend, and this was a great location. The unit felt new and clean, and it's walking distance to everything in town. Amy recommended some great spots to visit and eat. We felt the space could use a larger bed, and some Windows dressings by the deck and over the skylights (bright light at window level at night, felt exposed to parking lot, and very light in the a.m.) These items didn't keep us from having a great trip and we would do it again.

Excellent stay downtown

  • 5 of 5

The loft was clean and very large with wood floors/high ceilings. Also, a washer/dyer unit in the closet and a full kitchen. Bathroom is nice sized. Private patio with the Fall River running below was very nice (Wife especially enjoyed the sounds of that). The bed was a queen, but comfortable. No TV in the bedroom for us night owls, however, it did have a nice skylight above the bed. Plus, the internet was fast enough to to stream tv/Netflix to my iPad. There is a gas fireplace, though I could not get it working at the time. Has a drop off area with elevator. I had no issues finding parking in the lot directly in back.

It is just steps from the main shopping and restaurants. RMNP is just 5 minutes drive with all that great hiking and scenery.

Spoke to Amy on phone and she was very nice. I found everything as she described. There was a note describing everything (such as trash bin - downstairs and outside-take the loft door key to get into the double doors). It also suggested restaurants and instructions for checking out.

We would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon.

Great visit to Estes and RMNP

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I took our 6 year old and our 2 year old on vacation to Estes Park and we loved this condo. The location is perfect, you can walk to almost everything in town and you are just minutes away, by car, to RMNP. The condo is very spacious; our family of 4 had no issues. The bathroom is large, with a jetted tub and the kitchen has most of what you would need if you prefer to stay in and cook. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning and relaxed in front of the fireplace with the kiddos each night. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here. The next time we are in Estes Park we will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful Stay!

  • 5 of 5

I stayed here back in March for a week with my dog. The condo was beautiful and extremely safe. Loved staying here and snuggling up on the couch in front of the fireplace! I will absolutely stay here again if available. Also - there is a spa right below and I had the best massage of my life there. Hands down the best vacation of my life! 100% recommend!
