The second floor has three bedrooms with a ceiling fan in each room and two full bathrooms. The master suite has a comfortable king size bed and a luxurious master bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower. There are two guest rooms with a comfortable queen bed each, and one of the guest rooms has access to an outdoor patio overlooking the community pool.
The third floor is a large cozy loft with large screen TV, a ceiling fan, two separate sets of bunk beds sleeping up to six people and a third, full bath. To reach the top bunk bed, you walk up stairs for your safety.
The community has direct access to Rehoboth Avenue, with easy access to all the stores and restaurants. You can walk or ride your bike around the area easily. Within a short 5-minute walk, you have access to Grove Park with a seasonal farmer's market and a playground, a store that rents scooters and bicycles, a Royal Farms convenience store (with a RedBox for movie rentals), the Rehoboth Beach visitor's center and museum, and much more. The home is also very close to the entrance to the Junction & Breakwater Trail for a great bike ride or run. If you'd like to venture to the beach, it's an easy 20-minute walk (or faster if you ride your bicycle).
