PET FRIENDLY & BOATERS WELCOME! This lovely, well-maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch house has a lovely backyard and bulkhead overlooking the canal. In the third Ocean Block in Fenwick Island, it's just a short walk to the beaches. The outdoor shower will rinse off the sand at the end of your day, private parking for up to 2-3 cars, and 2 city parking passes available. The amenities inside include Central AC and ceiling fans, free WiFi access, a large flat-screen TV in the living room, and a full-sized washer and dryer. The dining room table seats 6 with an additional 2 seats at the small kitchen counter. The full kitchen is equipped with cookware and dishes, microwave and a dishwasher. The back sun porch overlooks the canal - a perfect spot for unwinding in the evening.

The home had been recently updated with many nice touches. There was plenty of sleeping room. The outside shower really came in handy. Canal front made for enjoyable time with kids and grandkids And pet friendly was the icing on the cake.
I would say the hand rail on the back steps is not safe to use.
Clean, well-equipped, plenty of room for 6 people. Great location. We'd stay again.
This place has been updated since picuters posted were taken. We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived! Clean, awesome location, friendly neighbors and pet friendly! Beach is steps away and not at all crowded! We absolutely loved this place!!
