Easy as it gets
I was getting married in Tucson, and was looking for a place for my best man, his family, and two dogs to stay for the weekend. It looked like a charming house, and such was relayed to me by them after their stay.
They had no issues with the house or location and enjoyed the time that they spent there.
And while I can not write to the house itself, I can comment on my communications with the property manager. The response to my inquiry was quick and the entire process was smooth. The guests had no trouble with the instructions for access to the property.
It was a positive experience from start to finish.
Comfortable downtown house
I really loved the character of this house and location. Comfortable and fun. Thanks for the delicious coffee as well! We would definitely go back.
Thanks so much for coming. We're very happy you enjoyed your stay. We'll look forward to having you back!
Winter stay in Tuscon
My daughter, my sister and I shared the house for a week in February. It is a very cute house and centrally located just south of the downtown. It has a minimally equipped kitchen which was ok with us as we ate only breakfast and a light dinner there. It does not "sleep four". but with the addition of a blow up bed we were very comfortable. It was pretty clean but the floors could have used a little more attention. The addition of a few more lights would be appreciated. I think we would give it an A- and feel the price was terrific!
Perfect for us
Spent a great week hiking the variety of desert Tucson has to offer. Convenient location -- great breakfast place right around the corner and downtown still walkable. Very comfortable.
Very happy to host Jeffery. Great guests. Clean and polite. We'd gladly have them back.
Great Walkable House!
Very cute old house, updated but with its original charm. Kitchen met our needs for making coffee and breakfast. Nice cast iron pan. Bed was comfortable. Wifi worked fine. It was spacious for 2 of us, for 4 you should be friendly.
It's a great location with a short(ish) walk to downtown with a grocery, restaurants, etc. The streets are dim: if you're used to glaring city lights, you might like a headlamp. Plenty of parking, and very quiet at night.
The only problem we had (bizarrely) is that we could not figure out how to change the volume on the TV. Eventually we did it, but I have no idea how.
Quirky but cute property with awesome fenced yard for dogs.
This is a very cute and small house in Armory Park. One bathroom and no closets made it challenging for us but we had an extended stay. If you're coming for a few days you will love it! Owner and property manager both very nice, flexible, and easy to work with. We had lots of fun and would come back.
